Best Western Hotel Prisma

I was here on a business trip. Dinner and sleep over day 1. Meeting and lunch on day 2.
The conference room was not the best. No projector in the room to show thinks from the PC.

A well kept and friendly hotel in the heart of Northern Germany. A good place to plan a stop if driving from Germany to Denmark. Breakfast room is very good with a wide selection of dishes. Rooms are clean and well appointed.

This was awesome! The staff was really nice! The breakfast is definitely from HEAVEN! Our rooms was perfect! We ordered dinner , it took a bit long but It’s obviously fine. The food was GREAT!

Very RECOMMENDED!

Good hotel and MACDONALD is in front so thats a cheery on cake.

Had a fantastic stay here to visit a sick relative. The staff were friendly, accomodsirng and explained everything well. Rooms look way more up to date than I expected - that was a pleasant surprise. Reasonable cost including breakfast too (for price I paid). Well worth it, as not booked cost like €18.50 or something extortionate. The breakfast however is great. Bacon, buns, sandwich meats, cheeses, fruits, coffee, tea, juices (orange & multivitamin), yoghurt. Great place. Would 100% go back again. Neumünster itself isn't too exciting, but generally ok. Parking at the hotel was excellent.
I heard that this venue is often used for events nearby, so people book to be close I felt it was great. Didn't hear any noise, but know the road can be busy / noisy, depending on what side of the hotel you're on.
All in all, excellent.

A pleasent experience to be here. So cozy and the employees where service minded. During breakfast, that also was good as well, the staff met us with a smile while we poored or cup of coffee:-)

Nice hotel, very kind people, clean rooms. Food is good, especially when it's served in the garden behind the hotel.

Perfect hotel for one or 2 nights stay when you are going south or north - or just doing shopping in the hearby Outlet.

Stayed for couple of days in December. Rooms were quite spacious. People in reception were quite helpful.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. One bottle of water in the room for free. Good choice.
