Heberer's Traditional Bakery

My go to place for getting German bread roles after arriving back in Germany. It used to be better before COVID though. I agree the prices are very high. But so is everything at the airport. :-(

after being here and checking the reviews, customer service guy Gabriel was outstanding! Not only he was verg friendly, but also guided me
thru the airport when I was lost! 5/5 customer service!

Staff just opened 20 minutes early (at 4.40am!) to serve the people that have had to leave our sleeper train. Heroes! Can't comment on the coffee or food as the card machine wasn't working so it was cash only. But the staff deserve credit

Delicious pastries and sandwiches and friendly staff

Hier muss sich wirklich etwas geändert haben. Die dunkelhaarige Bedienung mit den künstlichen Wimpern ist der Hammer! Die Schlange endlos und sie immer gleichbleibend freundlich und zuvorkommend; selbstverständlich auch in Englisch. So liebt es der Reisende. Die Produkte sind frisch und gut, ebenso der Kaffee. Die Preise entsprechen Weltniveau auf einem Airport/Bahnhof. Letztendlich sind wir hier in Frankfurt und nicht in einer Provinzbäckerei auf dem Lande.

Ich muss Horst hier ganz klar unterstützen. Wie immer macht das Personal den Unterschied. Frau J., bei der ich an Reisetagen gerne meine Brezel kaufe ist einfach der Hammer. Super effizient, stets freundlich und kundenorientiert.
Sollte sie jemals einen neuen Job suchen, bitte bei mir melden :)

Größten Respekt von der einzigartigen Verkäuferin die um kurz vor 1 Uhr in der Früh einen Ladenddieb verfolgt und überführt hat. Ich weiß schon, wer da Mitarbeiterin des Monats wird ;-)

immer höflich, schnell, effizient. Der Preis ist fair, die Qualität entspricht dem erwarteten Niveau

Nach einer für mich sehr langen Reise war Frau Rothkugel mega freundlichen und tiefenentspannt.

The service was fast and efficient . Lots of pastries choice . Lots of available seats . Good for a take away as well .

I had a chicken breast sandwich and a butter pretzel, and both were fresh and tasty. I paid a total of 11.50 euro, so predictably expensive in an airport location. Service was ok, and the dining room was adequate, though quite dirty. Overall not a bad dining experience.
