Fantastic service at this bike shop. My husband & I needed two touring bikes and we were arriving from New Zealand so had to organise by email. They were very patient with all my questions, organised the bikes and had them ready for us the day we arrived. Much care was taken putting them together and they haven’t missed a beat. Thanks Montimare and highly recommend this shop

Very nice service. I went in on a friday 15 minutes after closing time knocked on the door and asked for bike lights. they told me they had closed the cashiers and couldnt sell me anything but he said if i payed cash he could just regester it tomorrow so i got my bike lights and drove off :)

I do recommend this bicycle shop.. They are very knowledgeable and friendly staff .. They let you test the bicycle around the shop and outside .. You never feel pressured into buying.. And the staff speak English as well..

Montimare ist ab jetzt definitiv mein Go-to-Fahrradladen! Ihr Kundenservice ist sehr gut. Als ich Probleme mit meinem Cube E-Bike hatte, haben sie mein Anliegen ernst genommen eine kurze Probefahrt gemacht und mir sofort mit einem Software-Update geholfen. Zusätzlich haben sie eine Schraube der Sattelklemme ausgetauscht, anstatt sofort gleich die komplette Klemme. Der Service war unglaublich fair, mit nur 10 Euro für alles. Ich kann Montimare nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Ein wirklich professioneller Fahrradladen!

Hier wird man sehr gut beraten. Ich habe ein neues Fahrrad gekauft und mir wurden wichtige Details geklärt. Das Personal ist äußerst kompetent und freundlich. Die Auswahl ist gut. Eine Probefahrt ist möglich!

Meine Frau war Neukunde und am Fahrrad mussten zwei Dinge erledigt werden. Ihr wurde sofort geholfen obwohl der Laden voll war. Auch wurde, da es ein altes Rad ist, eine schwierige Reparatur über Nacht durchgeführt. Absolut empfehlenswerter Fahrradladen, sehr nettes Personal. Wir kommen wieder !!!

Super Laden. Super Personal, nett, kompetent. Gestern Mittag ein HR zum Zentrieren und Speichen festziehen hingebracht. War gegen 16 Uhr fertig. Preis mehr als nur fair. Bedenkenlos zu 100 % zu empfehlen!

Bester Fahrrad-Laden in Frankfurt. Unglaublich kompetente Beratung und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Es wurde sich sehr viel Zeit genommen. Am Ende hatten wir ein Bike und jede Menge Zubehör zu einem fairen Preis. Bis wir festgestellt haben, dass wir den falschen Leasinganbieter bei unserem Arbeitgeber hatten. Extrem schade und selbst dann wurde uns alles aufgeschrieben und ein Konkurrent empfohlen, der unseren Leasinganbieter bedient. Wir kommen für jedes Fahrradzubehör zu Euch! Danke nochmals.
