Oh my, costly and inefficient. If you enjoy spending hours on the phone, wasting money, and accepting poor service, then you got it. They just do not answer the phone and then add 40-60% on airfares, agents are unfamiliar with simple knowns of travel. Not helpful, uncaring. Marcie said just a minute and hung up on me…Silvia then scattered my family across the airplane, ages 5 to 10 all over.

They do not answer emails after 2 days and impossible to reach them by phone.
