Ganz tolles Studio, super Atmosphäre.
Vor/Nach der Stunde kann man sich noch einen Tee oder einen Keks nehmen, sich unterhalten und einstimmen.
Wenn man darauf keine Lust hat kann man es sich im Yogaraum auch schonmal bei gedämmten Licht zum Meditieren gemütlich machen.
Es gibt reichlich Utensilien, die einen bei der Praxis unterstützen können, ich empfehle jedem mal die Yogamatte aus Schafswolle auszuprobieren!
Es gibt verschiedene Varianten, die man praktizieren, kann.
Ich hab vorher immer Vinyasa praktiziert, es gibt auch gezieltes Rückenyoga und bin ich dann dort zum Hatha Yoga gekommen und bin begeistert, der perfekte Ausgleich zum stressigen Alltag.
Es gibt verschiedene "Abrechnungsmodelle" was ich sehr begrüße, da ich keine Abos mehr möchte.

Sehr gutes Kursangebot! Flexible Teilnahme möglich. Hier ist für jeden was dabei. Und das Studio hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente.

About Schwabach
City in Germany

Schwabach is a German city of about 40,000 inhabitants near Nuremberg in the centre of the region of Franconia in the north of Bavaria. The city is an autonomous administrative district. Schwabach is also the name of the river which runs through the city prior to joining the Rednitz. Schwabach is famous for its crafts made of gold, particularly gold foil. In 2004, Schwabach celebrated this tradition with an anniversary festival, marking "500 years gold foil in Schwabach". Around 1500, a local typesetter developed the "Schwabacher" font. This font was used for printing the first Bible in German, which had been worked out by Martin Luther. source
