We bought a helmet and a thermal hat today with a nice support from Ms L. Gomez. She was super friendly and helpful. The products are good and nice.

I specially want to thank Mr. Noah Ani. I buy cycle just because he treated me and listen to me needs very well. He was not well but even then he did his work with 100% commitment. Great Job Mr Ani and thnx Fahrrad XXL as you have some guys who can speak and understand english.

Incredible experiences by seeing all this big bicycle shop. You can always find all the good brands at the shop and parts and accessories here too! Friendly environment and indoor cycle path too! Friendly staff and willing to help you at any time! Highly recommended!

A fantastic place for all your cycling needs. I went in to buy my cycle yesterday and the staff there were so friendly and helpful. Got the cycle I wanted with all the right accessories in under 15 mins, they fixed all the accessories and took delivery of the bike in 3 hours!! Thanks for making the whole experience smooth and helpful.

Great location, large selection, very competent staff and it is so so cool that get to ride and test bikes on the track inside of the store with a big ramp to ride up and down as well! Highly recommended!!!

Ms Brodziak was fabulous! She helped me find the perfect fit helmet for cycling. She was extremely informative and helpful in providing multiple options for me to choose. My final choice is perfect and she went the extra mile for service to ensure the proper and safe adjustments! I especially appreciated Ms Brodziak lending me her hair tie so we could get my long hair out of the way. Thank you!!! I loved the store and most importantly the outstanding customer service!!!

I went here to get safety equipment for biking while I visited Germany. I was fairly worried it would be difficult as I don’t really speak German at all. Fortunately one of the workers there, J. Brodziak, was able to help me very easily. She was also able to tell me some of the German words for the things I was buying! Excellent experience for sure, I can not recommend enough!

Best biking experience for trying new bike models. There is an indoor road for testing. Also staff (Mrs Brodziak) was very communicative and kind.
Also accessories and other bike products are sold directly at the store. Most bike things you need, you will get.

Our thanks to the staff here and in particular to Mr. Diehl. He has helped us twice in the past year to purchase E-bikes. One for me last Fall and one for my wife this June. He is knowledgeable and patient and was great in helping us find the bikes we wanted. We'll recommend your store to others.

I recommend this store. The sellers are very patient and kind. The salesman who guided me on the bike was Peter Abendroth, who, although it took me a while to make the final decision, still guided me patiently and answered all my questions. Philadelphia Kaluski also spent a lot of time guiding me to choose a suitable helmet. She offered me many options and patiently explained all the features of each to me. In addition, she had a very energetic and humorous personality.

We have received relevant recommendations on the helmets by Philadelphia who is a very nice person! And I was warmly welcomed at the service desk by a staff employee who also nicely responded to my questions and helped me fixing some minor issues.

You can do test rides in side what a great idea, loving it.
There are great selection of bikes, very good customer service.
We've been served by Mr. Badstieber, who took his time to help us to find right bikes for us, very friendly and helpful guy, he even came out to help us to load the bikes on the car, what could you ask more.

Really happy with my new bike and helmet, which I've had for almost two months. Herr Abendroth und Frau Gomez both immediately made me feel welcome and were both really friendly, knowledgable and patient while advising me.

I have been thinking about buying a racing bike for while now. I went to XXL Franz in Griesheim simply because they had a good selection of bikes around the price range I wanted.

I rarely write reviews online. But I was exceptionally happy with the service. The bike salesman (Emil) was very knowledgeable and happy to share with me. He gave me plenty of tips that a beginner would find very useful. He showed me how to take the bike apart and gave recommendations on pedals, shoes, tools based on his own personal experience.

This allowed me to buy the full kit I needed. Everything is available. Frau Haller was also extremely helpful in making sure I purchased everything I need and ensuring compatibility of all the equipment (e.g. shoes with pedals).

To summarise, I was extremely happy with this shop due to the wide range of items available, and the friendly and knowledgable staff. I will be sure to return for any bike related purchases I need.

Timo Zrinski was the person helping me to choose the right bicycle. Very good. In addition, he speask English, which was much much convenience for me.
