Now I'm a happy and proud owner of Propain EKANO Ready2roll! I was lucky to get configuration that I was looking for and this was the perfect match! Apart from making awesome bikes, fast communication, warm welcome and high quality costumer service is another signature of Propain. The test center is really worth visiting, we could not leave without trying the lastest models and got spoiled even more 😍 apart from the bike we also got a goodie bag with some essential tools, so thoughtful!👌Looking for powered rolling steeper, faster and longer 🏞🚵

I just want to give a shout-out to Aaron and Leo for taking care of my brand new Propain Ekano and making sure to solve every concern I had in the best way possible, after a malfunction of the bike on its first ride ever. Their communication style as well as their warm hearted welcoming in their headquarters, made me feel great and that they will try their best to keep me satisfied. I ordered my bike in Jan 22, and it arrived as expected in early April. There was good communication with their US customer service team. There was a minor scratch on the wheel during transit to them, which they are going to help me correct. All in all, the bike is a pure beast and their service was great as well! Will be recommending a Propain to any friend in the market for a new bike.

the wait was worth the delay of 3 weeks, but after 60 days it arrived incredibly perfect 😍😍 bike I look forward to every ride I dream 👍

I needed a replacement part for my Tyee (in warranty). Customer service handled the case very well, they were kind and helpful, everything went smooth. Thanks for that!

Such a good brand, I have 2 Propain Bike and they are just awesome, the after sales service is very efficient therefore there is no worries to buy a bike on the website.

I recently bought a Tyee 5 CF 29 at a closeout price and am very happy with the bike and find it an excellent value. There was a little problem with component availability and they offered an upgrade at no additional cost. Everything was handled quickly and professionally.

I ordered a frameset.
Support center was very fast and well prepared with the technical informations.
I got information about sizes, Geometry - how it changes with different fork lengths, compatibility with other brand parts, warranty, etc.

In addition I ordered with pickup but the availability was later then I could do it but eventually the team solved this problem and I got the frameset at the SAME week when I ordered it.

Awesome Customer service, everything went fluent by my purchase, they are very helpful and nice.

They are not the fastest responding emails but I never had any problems to reach them and I had asked several parts for my bike and they deliver them for free, and this last time they also give me a free T Shirt. Really appreciate the effort that this team is doing. They are recovering from very though times for bike manufacturing which was 2020 and 2021.

Propian still has place for improvement in communicating the order status, as I was kept totally "blind" for 3 weeks after communicated expected shipping date.

Despite saying that - afterwards the customer support has replied with info about further delays (due to parts availability) & offered upgrade for a discounted price (to speed up delivery & compensation for previosu troubles).

Found a small issue on a 2020 Tyee that I've ridden for two years. What followed was the best customer service I've seen from a bike brand in a long time. The team was easy to get hold of, quick to respond and very helpful. I spoke with Aaron who sourced a replacement free of charge, so I can't ask for anything more. The Tyee itself rides well but it's the service that makes Propain stand out, especially as a DTC brand.

Surprisingly I received my frameset much quicker than expected. Order to delivery took less than five weeks.
Quality seems great from what I can tell so far.
Support is now dramatically improved: very quick and helpful. This is after I was frustrated with bad response times and lack of information a few weeks ago. (They were overwhelmed by too many orders and supply chain issues)

There is no question that the Propain bikes are excellent. I love them. Moreover, it was worth the wait. Of course it takes a while to get everything ready when you offer such a large number of components and thus combinations. Thumbs up and keep it up.

Despite the very long lead time, which is not to blaim to Propain, but a world shortage of parts. I want to mention that so far the brand itself and especially the people behind it are very 'human' in answering your questions, so the stars are for communication service.

I asked them a favor, I got a 'no' , but the no was in such way described that you just accept it :-). Just now I asked for an update on production and I got a reply within the day + the great news that they were able to meet the communicated production date months ago.

This short review is from ordering up and until confirmation the bike is being build. I expect the bike within a couple of weeks at my doorstep! Can't wait.

A very positive experience so far:
- fast replies of the customer service to my emails
- the bike came 3 weeks before the PD date
I can only recommend it if you are looking for a custom-built bike.

Bike:
- Propain Tyee CF, FOX suspension, SRAM drive and breaks.

Let's start from sharing opinion about the bike itself:
- carbon frame looks amazing, photos do not express technical and engineering masterpiece
- adapting to a new bike takes only few minutes, it rides like it looks, pure fun
- all parts were well tightened and prepared to ride (except one tubless valve)
- in general bike is well packed, there is a clear final assembly instruction attached, parts are well assembled.

Ordering, delivery process and contact:
- Propain Tyee CF ordered in the February (at the web page dispatch was at the beginning of June - 3.5 month)
- two weeks later a production date (not binding) has been defined as a middle of June (4 months from the order)
- finally bike has been sent in the beginning of July (a bit more than 4.5 months from the order)
- considering problem with parts delivieries these days it is very good result in my opinion
- on top od production duration there are unfortunately 8 days consumed by DHL shiping, that is bad result.
- team responded via e-mail in 24h (checked three times ;-) )

Suggestions to Propain Crew:
- automatic email about delays from initially estimated production date would be very nice and I bet it would save you time a bit.
- it would be greate to have a possibility to pay more and select DHL Freight Eurapid instead of default DHL Freight EuroConnect delivery service. 900km in 8 (6 working) days with a poor information about actual status is not a good result. This is not your fault but it would be good to have a choice to select faster shiping service.

I have a bit of experience when it comes to dealing with direct to consumer brands. Maybe it´s because I am a bit of a cheapskate or maybe it´s because I love good value for money. Maybe even both.

I have to say that the experience so far with Propain is outstanding. The configurator is a dream and it is save to say that it is unlikely to ever see the exact Propain a second time on the trails.

I feel that they really listen to their customers which is a rare thing in my opinion these days.

I called them to find out about what seatpost length is best for me and they were very helpful. Also with other questions like which stem length etc etc. Just a nice genuine and satisfying experience.

Only one thing: As they are gaining popularity the hold time in the queue was a bit long. But in all seriousness, this is to be expected and it´s nothing that ever would bother me in a way that prevents me from dealing with Propain.
