I placed an order for a Stahlwille torque wrench on November 7, 2022, and I received an email from customer service department on the same day. A representative was assigned to my order and he took care of the entire process of my order until final shipping.

Shipping was lightening fast and my item was delivered on 14, November.

I will continue business with this company in the future!

I had got a Felo Ergonic K Ratchet screwdriver from these guys and the customer service was amazing as well as really fast delivery!
The packaging was excellent as me receiving email updates through the transportation progress!

Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality service and buying experience.

I had a poor experience with this company. Placed 2 orders in Nov 2021.
Neither the orders have shipped nor there is any response to my e mails.
Tried calling today but the phone is not picked up.

This company ordered Hazet tools from us in the amount of over 5.000 Euro and did not pay their bills. So obviously they do not only screw their customers but also their suppliers. After not being able to settle the invoices in due time and after a payment reminder they asked to return the tools or pay later which was not part of the agreed deal. When you order something as a company and don't pay your bills you can't just ask to return the goods after two months or ask to pay after another two months. And we do not have to agree "to find a solution". Your part of the business transaction was to pay your bills and you did not. End of story.

Absolute worst company to deal with: after 4 emails over 3 weeks, and no answer on shipping date (stated on the website ships within 3-5 days) Never answers their published phone number. Had to contact our credit card company, losing presious time from our business operations, to claim back the funds. Will possibly contact the BBB equivalent in Germany, to address their lack of business ethics.

Placed a huge Hazet tool order 3/11/2023. Everything seemed to be going smoothly as bits and pieces of my tools were coming in. Then in May it stopped. No more email notifications. No more tools. Got an email from Mr. Scholven 5/30 claiming his dad and girlfriend both died and that was what he was dealing with. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and told him to deal with his grief. Idk if he’s still dealing with it but now he will not respond to emails. I’m out over $4500 worth of tools as of this moment. Heck of a way to try and start your own business. Thanks HFG.

WARNING SCAMMER!

I wish I had read these other reviews before making an order. No communication and currently out of pocket over $4500.
How can you do this to people, this is alot of money to me and took me a long time to save. I finally decided to buy my dream Hazet tool sets only to get scammed!

As of 16/10/23 still no tools. Ignore emails and wont answer phone. Order # 3405.
The few emails that were responded to just extended the shipping date or blamed suppliers.
So what's the story now HFG? Where is my order?

I ordered stahlwille 22mm box end interchangeable heads for my torque wrench on the 15th of July. More than a month passed but never received an item. I have sent email twice but no reply. Basically money was stolen. Order number hfg-order-3541.

You have changed your address, and now there are no negative reviews, very interesting. Well, I'll post my last review here.

Bad experience, very long order processing, which is not bad, but very bad feedback, the order status on the store’s website is not updated, they answer questions for a very long time. And so I received my order in 39 days and they sent me not what I ordered, thanks guys! I do not recommend to anyone.

Stared Out OK have bought thousands of dollars worth of tools but last set of ratcheting spanners I paid for on the 31st of march 2023 has yet to arrive have sent 4 emails requesting feedback as iam happy to work around this delay but I haven't had a reply to any correspondence I have sent and fear I have lost the money I have outlayed for these tools.

Update: HFG replied to my review telling me that they are not ignoring customers, yet I have emailed them a few times with no reply for them, and the few comments they have on their instagram and facebook are from customers complaining about not receiving mechardise or any reply from them

This company is a scam, they have been inactive from social media for a while, their site is still active and taking orders, but good luck getting your item or any response from them at all, they will try to keep your money and ignore you while you try to contact them requesting a cancelation.

UPDATE - 8/12/2023 : STILL NO REFUND FROM THE SCAMMER
