At the Relay store inside the airport, I had a horror experience with an older woman with blond hair and glasses towards Gate B, where I greeted her nicely upon entering and politely asked for a few packs of cigarettes. The elderly lady looked at me in astonishment as if I didn't know what I mentioned to her. She didn't know a single word of English. I barely explained to her which cigarettes I wanted, she gave me a couple of packs and said she had no more. It's a bit strange that inside the airport they only have a few boxes of the best-selling cigarettes. I went to another Relay store to buy more boxes, but there were no more than 4 boxes either. The lady there didn't know English either, but she was more cultured and I finally managed to buy my 10 packs of cigarettes!

They didnt let me use vouchers even though it says i can use it anywhere. And they were very rude!
