Cosmopolis Café

Very nice staff, food was good. They have good earl grey and egg-avocado toast.

(If you need dessert recommendation, you should obviously go for the větrníkový dort.)

Edit: fresh mint tea is also nice.

Cosmopolis is a fantastic dessert place located in the heart of Brno. It's a great spot to enjoy delicious pastries and coffee while admiring the view of the beautiful square. The Portokalopita is particularly noteworthy and definitely worth trying, along with the other pastries that are available. Additionally, we highly recommend trying the medovnik, as it is also a popular choice among visitors.

Very nice place just under lovely "Zelný trh" square. Great coffee, amazing cakes, and most importantly..great service! People there are really nice and the server was very funny and kind... Always had a smile on his face even when the cafe was full and the pressure was on. Pure professionals that love what they do. Definitely stop by for a coffe or cake.

Rally nice place in city centre to sit and take a coffee with some desserts. For me coffee is little bit too much arabica, but it tasty.
Pavlova desert is best for me in Brno.

Great location facing out into the town square with an excellent selection of cakes. Service was good, as was the coffee. There is a lovely mezzanine with well spaced tables although service up to that level is a little slow. Highly recommend stopping by for a little coffee and cake !

Cosmopolis: the name is right on spot. The cafe has an instant urbane feel, serves quality coffee and tasty cakes, plus benefits from courteous, attentive service. Soft ambient music and pleasant hum of voices suppress unwanted sounds, making the place perfect for a friendly chat or indeed a date or a business conversation. And the location on Zelny trh and the view from the windows is a killer!

Really beautiful place with great views of the square. Really chill and quiet so I think is great for going to some me-time or a date.
In my notes I say that the price was fairly cheap for what I got which is great considering the center location of the place. Would go again definitely

My friend and I visited Cosmopolis Cafe today so she could have some of their beautiful orange cake. I was convinced by our charming and friendly server Jan, to try some of their Rhubarb tart/cake and honestly, it was the most delicious dessert I've eaten in my life! I know it sounds like I'm exaggerating, but I'm not, it was incredible and I need to return for another slice! The desserts are stunning and the customer service is brilliant! I highly recommend :D
