Ich hatte ein Problem mit dem Getriebe meines Fahrzeugs. Bereits etwa eine Stunde nach Ankunft wurde der LKW in die Werkstatt gebracht und nach dem Fehler gesucht, obwohl ich sehr kurzfristig eingetroffen war. Leider war das benötigte Ersatzteil nicht auf Lager, so daß ich bis zum nächsten Tag warten musste. Das Teil traf gegen zehn Uhr ein, um 13.00 Uhr konnte ich das reparierte Fahrzeug wieder übernehmen und meine Fahrt fortsetzen.

Die Mitarbeiter waren durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Fahrer steht ein Aufenthaltsraum, eine Toilette und eine Dusche zur Verfügung.

Mir wurde kompetent und schnell geholfen, der LKW lief nach der Reparatur wieder perfekt!
