No está mal el Hotel para ser de la cadena Islazul, tiene una vista magnífica del Río caminar, a sólo unos metros del Tropicana Matanzas, pero la calidad del servicio gastronómico y de las habitaciones pudiera mejorar un 180 %, de suceder esto, sería un buen Hotel de Islazul en Matanzas donde otras cadenas hoteleras son líderes.

The staff are very friendly. The rooms are simple. The mosquito population is huge, and you will notice them. Right next door is Tropicana, and you need to go!
