Casa Jorge e Anna Luisa

The Casa was a great place to stay for our horseback ride through the rural landscape, boat ride through the caves, visit of the painted mural. It’s just a walking distance from the starting point of the visit to the rural landscape. Ana Luisa and Jorge were very hospitable, welcoming and made us feel special. They arranged the daily tours and transportation for our trips. The breakfast and dinner for the 2 days were amazing! Highly recommend this Casa and would definitely stay on our return. A big thank you to Ana Luisa for a wonderful experience in Vinales.

Ana Luisa was very helpful and soo friendly, even though they had a terrbile experience with the hurricane 10 days before we arrived. Due to the hard conditions we had a very pleasant and awesome stay and great conversations with Ana and her family. They were very friendly and helpful to us, we appreciate that so much! Totally recommend to stay there when you visit the Vinales valley. Also, the house is very cosy and clean, the food from Ana is delicious, breakfast and dinner great and the house is very good to see and visit the valley from there. She arranged also a tour for us in the valley, great stay and can totally recommend! Thanks for everything and all the best!

My wife and I spent 2 nights at Casa Jorge y Anna Luisa and wished we had stayed longer to enjoy Vinales. We received a wonderfully warm welcome from Anna Luisa. The bedroom was large and spacious, very large comfortable double bed with a fridge also available in the room and the en-suite bathroom was also large with a great shower! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh fruit, juices and bread as well as the option of cooked eggs. We had a great time in Vinales, pony trekking in the surrounding countryside and tobacco farms was certainly a highlight as well as enjoying sitting out on the porch, with a cold beer and pizza delivery arranged by Anna Luisa once we returned tired after 5 hours out on the horses!! I would thoroughly recommend taking the time to enjoy Vinales and the region, there is plenty to do. Anna Luisa and Jorge are fantastic hosts and their casa was very comfortable and clean as well as being centrally located. There was even a small pool which their grandchildren certainly enjoyed! They will be able to help with any advice and arranging any of the local tours and activities. We just wish we had stayed longer!!

We (2 plus 1 child) stayed in May 2019 and it was spacious, clean and well looked after. Very nice friendly hosts. The breakfast was good. We also had their evening meal one night and it was excellent. Easily as good as restaurants.

And Vinales is tiny so everywhere is well located.

(Note - all small pools were closed due to new regulations that banned them. Maybe that has changed!?)

We stayed for 3 nights and loved this Casa. Very comfortable bed, brilliant breakfasts, and a good location to explore the beautiful Vinales valley and national park. The hang out area/bar was very private and comfortable and we really appreciated being able to take a dip in the pool after a good wander around the park. Highly recommended

Excellent place! Before you step in you need to make your mind clear you are about to go to a casa particular not to a hotel. The room was very spacious and clean, it was actually meant to be for 4 people not just 2, but if so, it would still be a good size room.
We had breakfast included, it was very good! We had so much food for breakfast!! The most amazing thing was the coconut marmalade, which we spreaded on the bread buns and the sweet bread slices. We also had freshly cut fruit, mango juice, crepe, eggs, home made marmalades of guava and of mango, etc. and a thermo flask of coffee and one of milk.

We had dinner in the accommodation one night, it was very good and at a very good price! (10 CUC pp) We had starters, bean stew, then I had lamb and my husband pork, followed by the dessert. Every thing was home cooked very tasteful!

In our stay in Viñales the most amazing thing was an excursion by horse to the valley. We had a four hour trip arround the mogotes through the biosphere reserve. We arrived to a tobacco farm in the middle of nowhere, only reachable by foot/horse, very good place for cigars lovers! The curiosity of the place was that they roll the cigars with local honey made by bees fed from coffee flowers.

If you're visiting Vinales and want the true experience of Cuba...then look no further. Ana Luisa and her team are fantastic. The casa was so well equipped and very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fantastic and we also used her laundry service which was incredible. Very well stocked fridge in the room (best we had in Cuba!) and a great hairdryer (again best we had in Cuba!). Would highly recommend if you're visiting. Also a five minute walk into town. Anna Luisa makes you feel like you're at home :)

This has got to be one of the best casa's in Vinales with big double rooms separate to the main house, a small pool, bar and dining area. The hosts are so welcoming and the location is very central, just a short walk from the centre of Vinales.
Ana Luisa recommended and booked us onto a local guided walking tour for the day after we arrived, it was so good and really helped us to understand the area and get to know what it was like to live in Vinales.
Breakfast was amazing, a variety of fruit, pancakes, breads and eggs however you like them. The mango juice is so delicious. Ana Luisa even made us a packed lunch for our day trip on the beach as it's tricky to get hold of food to go in Cuba.
We booked in for dinner with them one night as the food was always so delicious, it was one of the best meals in Cuba, 3 courses of locally sourced, homemade food.
The pool was very welcoming after a day exploring and you can also arrange bike rental and taxi's through the casa if required to help you explore a bit further out of town however we rented biked from the main town.
We couldn't recommend them more!

Comfortable rooms and very welcoming hosts. Loved having a drink on the roof! Would thoroughly recommend this Casa.

Wundervolles Casa, ruhige Lage und doch sehr zentral. Die Gastgeber und das Personal sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Garten und der Pool sind traumhaft.

Avec mon fils et ma belle fille nous avons passé 2 jours formidables . L'amabilité , la façon de créer une ambiance et d'être aux petits soins pour que l'on se sente bien et enfin les repas formidables la propreté et la commodité des installations a fait que l'on y reviendra

Si nous n'avons pas pu être hébergé par ana luisa, nous avons longuement échangé par mail et elle nous a trouvé nos 5 chambres dans sa famille,ainsi que notre repas de Noël !

Wir haben uns im Casa sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück und Abendessen kann man wirklich empfehlen.
