Comfortable hotel and large pool with indigenous indian thatched bedroom units, each comprising about 6 bedrooms. Very quite well apointed bedrooms. Attractive landscaping (tropical theme),The dining hall is unfortunately rather soleless, cavernous with the ubquitous long buffet serveries, with a variety of dishes. I recommend the short order omelletes with salad for breakfast. Lovely area outside to take your breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was rather busy mid afternoon due to the local Day Pass swimmers paying ball games or heavy petting!

We stayed here 1 night during our 2 week tour though cuba. Compared with the other hotels it was quiet ok. Ik liked the park with cottages with rooms. Disadvantage of such parks are the insects. We had a tarantula on our room 😊

It was great to finally have a hotel with swimming pool. Makes it a restful stay.

If you want to use the hotel to visit the city then you should know it is outside the city. But then why would you want to visit the city. Maybe the central square at daytime... I would not walk in Santa Clara in the evening alone.

The rooms were quiet big, looked clean. Douche was OK. bathroom big.

Buffet food was OK. Not very special but good enough.

Swimming pool busy until about 17.00. Maybe locals come here to swim?
Normal prices for drinks.

I stay recently at this hotel very nice location. The service is great. The food is delicious and service is amazing. Highly recommend .

We visited the Che Mausoleum and were taken here for lunch by our guide. A very pleasant restaurant with an excellent buffet.

Beautiful grounds, clean cute accommodations, and friendly staff. Good food too!

Hotel bello, sus cabañas están en medio de la naturaleza, siempre fui hospedada en el grupo H. Relación calidad-precio muy buena para su categoría. Trato fantástico. Seguirá entre mis favoritos junto a la Granjita cada vez que visite mi Cuba.

El lugar es precioso pero alejado del centro de Santa Clara. Igualmente muy recomendable

Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Las jardines hermosos. La piscina muy limpia. El servicio del bar rápido y bueno. La música bastante adecuada. El buffet bueno.
Debo decir q estoy sorprendida, son pocos los lugares en Cuba que mantienen la calidad y la profesionalidad después de tantos años de apertura. Si considero q se trata de un hotel ⭐⭐⭐ definitivamente le doy un 5/5.

Villaggio turistico con bungalow davvero ben curati e puliti. Ambiente rilassante con piscina, immerso nella natura. Il cinguettio degli uccelli è un piacevolissimo suono che fa da sottofondo alle serate. Un posto davvero consigliato.

Un très beau lieu magnifiquement décoré et entretenu. Chambre légèrement petite mais fonctionnelle. Personnel très agréable.

Спокойное место для отдыха. Приветливый персонал. В номере питьевой воды нет. При попытке вынести бутылочку 0.33 из столовой, с вас истребуют 2$. Что либо приобрести можно либо за американские доллары, либо местную валюту. С карточки снять негде, разменять имея рубли тоже никак... Замечательная страна с большим потенциалом, преданная и кинутая на произвол "большим братом" выживает, как может.

La pasamos super bien ,la.comida de.primera y mejor q en un hotel 5 Estrella, limpio,una atencion de 1ra ,en el bar de la.piscina tremenda atencion y cerveza dispensada cristal deliciosa o bucanero depende de.la q haiga ,lo recomiendo al 100%

Bu otel de Küba da çok begendiklerimden...havuzlu, büyükçe bir alana yayılmış kendine has konsepti olan otellerden biri...yeme içme de güzeldi...

Maravillosa experiencia. El buffet es delicioso, el lugar es bellísimo, la atención excelente y los precios son justos. Siempre salgo de allí muy contenta.
