Bought a whirlpool washer from here in jan 22. FEB 23 the washer quit working literraly 7 days after warrenty. Had a repair man out that the store had contactedto get it fixed. Company in Liberia. Here i am again. 10 montbs later. Washer has quit again. Been trying for a week to contact the same people who repaired it the first time . No answer to texts or phone calls. So today i called the store i purchshed the washer from
to ask for help. They gave me a number that had only a recording. So i called the store. I asked, if i come in. Can you please help me contact the repair people. They told me NO! I had to deal with it myself. So will not be making anymore purchases at this store. The customer service is appauling.

Le dejo una estrella por qué no puedo poner menos. En cuanto a mis experiencia en esa tienda no es un buen lugar para comprar nada. Los que atiende cuando uno lleva a dejar algo en garantía es muy amable pero en cuanto al administrador de ahí es demaciado odioso y en cuanto a servicio al cliente ese término no lo conoce. Yo no vuelvo a comprar ahí ya son 2 veces que me pasa lo mismo.
