This place is great when it's time for completing a building project. The store has two levels. They have plumbing fixtures, ceiling fans, lighting, electrical outlets, and every power tool imaginable. They carry major brands and good quality products. The lower level is stocked with a variety of flooring, sinks, and tubs. Also, high-end lavatory items. They have several assistants and checkouts to serve you. Parking is good, and the location is easy to find (visible from the highway) along a major shopping corridor.

I’m really happy to have found this place for construction stuff we need at the beach. The staff was really helpful! A few items that are displayed ( light fixtures) are not in stock, which is frustrating when you see something you like but can’t get it- however, I’ve found this to be the case in many Costa Rica hardware stores. Oh well- I got what we needed! The store is well laid out and user friendly.

I have seen other places like EPA and did not expect such a great selection of materials here at ConstruPlaza. It’s definitively worthwhile to stop and check for all your construction needs.

It’s astonishing to see that they carry an excellent line of the German HansGrohe brand for showers; very impressive indeed.

The staff is also very attentive and helpful, so we will definitively back.

Also their line of tiles and ceramics is excellent.
