We recently had the pleasure of staying at Coltin's Airbnb property in Costa Rica, and let me tell you, it was a luxe experience beyond comparison!
First off, let's talk about that view. But beyond the jaw-dropping scenery, Coltin himself was the true gem of our stay. As a host, he was exceptional. Always on top of things, he effortlessly arranged local tours and transportation, ensuring that our adventure in Costa Rica was smooth sailing from start to finish. And oh, let's remember the culinary delights! With Coltin's help, we organized private chefs who whipped up an authentic Costa Rican feast for our group.
Accommodating a group of 23 people can be no small feat, but thanks to Coltin's hospitality, everyone had ample space to relax and unwind, making our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.

From transportation back and forth from the airport and private chef arrangements to tour bookings, party planning, massages, cakes, grocery shopping, and even currency exchange – he truly thinks of everything to ensure his guests have a hassle-free and memorable experience.

Arenal Springs Villas by the Lake... perfect! perfect! This is how I'd like to describe our recent stay at the Villa. All of us enjoyed the place... the location...perfect- far enough to enjoy quiet and solitude; perfect- close enough to enjoy all the activities, fun and adventures that Guanacaste has to offer, for example, beach, paddle boarding, horseback riding, waterfalls, restaurants, etc.; perfect- close enough to the stores, groceries, etc., and close enough to fly in through Liberia Airport; perfect-the house and its amenities... kitchen is full, rooms are large and spacious, the location and the views --- wow! breathtaking from the outside; and it is so easy to talk and communicate with the owner, Coltin, and his associate is so helpful and kind. If you are looking for a place... THIS is the place - Arenal Springs Villas by the Lake. Pura vida...

I just returned from a trip where I took my two children (8 & 11). We had our most amazing vacation! Tom and Maria are fantastic hosts. They made sure we arrived OK, and were attentive to our needs, and had everything we needed. They helped us arrange transportation. They were in constant communication to make sure we knew where we were going and that we had what we needed. We stayed there for 7 nights and had amazing excursions throughout the Guanacaste, Nuevo Arenal, Monteverde, and La Fortuna areas. Maria helped us identify and book all of our excursions to ensure we had the best experience (and for the best price!). My children had the time of their lives. The property that the villas sit on is exquisite. Every detail of the gardens seems like it was well thought out and designed. The house we stayed in, Casa Primera, was beautiful and clean, and remained so throughout trip. My kids can't wait for a return trip, and they insisted that we stay in the same place, so I guess that's what we'll have to do!!!

This place is breathtaking from every angle! The view of the lake the gorgeous vegetation! Toucans and Monkeys can be spotted from the porch of your Villas! All villas are immaculately clean!! The owners clearly take pride in giving guests a fantastic experience!! Highly recommend these accommodations!!!

Es un lugar espectacular!!!

Todavía no sé porque mi hermana vendió este espectacular lugar!!! Y yo no vine con mi familia antes!!! Dejé que los compromisos, y el ritmo de vida me atraparan, que no les pase a ustedes.

De todos modos tendré que regresar con mi familia, los nuevos dueños tienen a cargo a la persona ideal para continuar este proyecto, les deseo lo mejor.

Vista increible, lugar super tranquilo, atención inmejorable. Villas muy amplias y equipadas con todas las facilidades.
