The Breakfast Club Costa Rica

I have been here now three times or so. I came alone on a Monday morning for breakfast and to work. Had some tables with outlets, which is good. I tried the chilaquiles and they were very good. They even had a homemade hot sauce on the side which was amazing. Coffee was good, service was attentive, friendly, great attention but not too much. Great experience, will be back. Recommended for a nice breakfast.

Highly recomended. The brunch we had was great, the place & the service were nice. Had banana pancakes and eggs benedict. Pancakes were fluffy and very tasty, for the eggs I would prefer more toast but the taste was really good. I also add a plus for the capuccino with almond milk which they can prepare with a nice foam as with this type of milk is not always the case. The green juice was very refreshing. A small minus for the cold inside but at the end it didn’t have an impact on the overall experience.

This place was amazing!!! It was so cute as well! Everything tasted so rich. We got the Oreo pancakes and eggs Benedict! 10/10! Plus everyone was so sweet and attentive!

There were a few breakfast spots I wanted to visit while in Costa Rica but this is the only one I actually ended up going to and thank god. I loved everything about this place. The building it’s located in is so pretty and the food and service here was amazing. The best part is everything was priced so well for the quality and quantity of food you received. If I’m ever in Costa Rica again I’ll definitely be back.

TBC is great for unconventional reinterpretation of common breakfast. The place is spacious and illuminated, and the staff is well prepared to provide a good customer experience. We came here to brunch and both dishes were great, especially the avocado toast, simple yet the ingredients were fresh and deliciously cooked.

The French toast lacked some edge as expected but it was nicely presented. The Mimosas were super cheap compared to other places, this is why I felt giving this place five stars, since the price vs quality vs place and service seem to be of great value!

We loved this place so much! If you are a breakfast/brunch lover this is the place to go! Delicious food, good coffee and mimosas! The staff was super nice. :) We tried the TBC Avocado Toast and the Waffle Tower, both amazing options. I want to come back to try more from the menu!

Great breakfast/brunch option in the Central Valley area. So many delicious dishes on the menu, it was hard to choose but we had the Pulled Pork Benny and a more traditional Gallo Pinto. Everything from pancakes, bagel sandwiches, toasts, breakfast burrito and more. On the pricier end for a breakfast in CR but the portions are generous and hard to find a breakfast menu like this in the area. Worth the visit!

The food was delicious and staff was very friendly. Awesome to be able to have breakfast the whole day!! Location is also nice and the cafe has a clean and peaceful vibe. Really recommend coming here, although at some times on the weekends a reservation is a must!

Great breakfast with nice view of the forests surrounding the beautiful shopping center. The lift to the restaurant shows a lovely perspective of the meadow’s beyond. Make a reservation if it’s the weekend.

This place is perfect for weekend brunches with friends or dates. The food is top notch very good. The prices are not cheap nor very high its right in the middle, for example 2 plates consisting of a french toast tower a toast duo 1 Capuccino and 1 fruit juice was a total of 16k colones around 27$. The inside decoration is very nice to eye and refreshing very good parking space outside and safe. I highly recommend the french toast tower comes with bacon and eggs. The coffee is very good they have barista to have you covered with spectacular lattes and Capuccinos as well as your good 'ol typical americano. Please keep in mind that you have to reserve on weekends its usually full so reserve in advanced. Perfect place for families with kids the menu is robust and its kind of hard to pick what you want so many options. Currently our favorite spot for weekend brunches, TBC will not disappoint.

Toppings - Incredible really good bacon. Unfortunately we didn’t see the massive tub of maple syrup they had put on the end of the table, which lost this spot some brownie points unfortunately.

Toast - cooked perfectly and fantastic starting bread but the toast didn’t taste of any flavouring of french toast and it wasn’t custardy at all. Kind of just like bread. Really nice bread but just bread none the less.

Overall, it was enjoyable because the raw produce is excellent. I think if I actually used the maple it would have made a huge difference as it would have had the salty and sweet balance.

This is a fantastic US-style brunch place and we love eating here so much that we drive all the way here from Atenas. However, the food portions are generally MUCH smaller that what you would typically get at a brunch place in the US and they do not include any side of potatoes, so you have to order them separately, which isn't a problem unless you forget to order them, as I did yesterday. I had to ask twice before the potatoes finally made it to our table, long after we had finished the rest of our meal...

Update - portions have gotten much larger. A+ brunch.

We ate breakfast before heading to the airport. Overall complex is nice. The place was crowded.

We ordered the egg Benedict’s, Avocado toast and Fruit salad. Everything was greasy and tasteful. The presentation was well done.

The mango drink was however waterway.

Everyone loved their food. Excellent last meal before flying out.

My sister found this delicious place in FB. We were looking for a place to celebrate Christmas. Oh wow, it was just the perfect place to celebrate family in a nice quiet place. Food was very good and different. They serve breakfast all day long. It is a very good place for a satisfying lunch. Very well recommended.

Great food quality, ingredients and presentation. Cafe and blended drinks were great as well.

Bright, breezy patio with tables and quick service. We enjoyed espresso, delicious green juice, bagel with salmon and huevos divorciados.

I like this place a lot. It's consistent and delicious and has many gluten-free options. I would definitely give this place some love.

Excellent food! Very accommodating for my anxious kid (let us change seating).
