Finca Alcatraz

We had initially planned to stay in a room in Wilfredo’s and Yubely’s house but when we saw the new treehouse we decided to stay there. The tree house has great features like a fridge, hot plate, sandwich grill, TV with lots of channels, blue tooth speaker, excellent wifi, and a private bathroom below. We did a combination of our own cooking and some fantastic meals cooked by Yubely. We were only going to stay for 2 nights but loved it so much we stayed for a third night.

In the mornings Wilfredo made the best coffee we have tasted, no surprise that the coffee in this area is ranked #1 in the world. He also offers a very informative coffee tasting.

Finca Alcatraz is spectacular. Wilfredo and his family are extremely accommodating and their treehouse cabin is nothing short of luxury.
The coffee he painstakingly grows is absolutely world class and not to be missed. I can't wait until I return!

Un lugar único para ir en pareja, la casa en el árbol es excelente, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una noche inolvidable. Los anfitriones ofrecen un café de excelente calidad, muy amables. Súper recomendado.
