A beautiful place to stay! Fanny and Andres were wonderful, along with the rest of the staff. They were very accommodating to my diet restrictions and were overall incredible. I also enjoyed spending time with the cat and dogs on the property. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to feel like you are welcomed in someone’s beautiful home!

I wish I could give more stars for the service. Fanny and Andres go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable at this beautiful finca. They are the sweetest most caring people. We came to have a bit of relaxation, and that is exactly what we got. We wish we could have stayed longer, and recommend staying here if you ever want to visit the coffee region of Colombia.

Everything about this place is special. The buildings and rooms are as beautiful as they look in the photos.

The staff are really amazing and do everything they can to make your stay a special one. We were there for a week and when after the first night we found our mattress too hard to sleep well, they changed it for another one. They amended the menu to the multiple dietary needs of our group of 7. They also facilitated our trips on the raft down the river, horse riding, and a visit to the coffee plantation run by the owners of the hotel. They really went out of their way to make our stay great.

The place is about 10 minutes drive from the cute town of Montenegro and even closer to the Parque del Cafe. If you don't have your own transport, they will call you a taxi. It's about 15,000 COP to get to Montenegro.

The only challenge we had was with the payment as our international banks wouldn't let us pay with Wompi.

Beautiful finca, authentic buildings with classic but complete rooms, a nice swimming pool, friendly people and a fantastic location. The perfect place to relax in the middle of nature, with colorful plants and birds.

El hotel es un excelente hotel por su servicio al cliente doña fanny y don andres se esmeran por atenderlos de la mejor Forma. Los desayunos son muy rico y buena cantidad, tiene servicio de restaurante lo cual ayuda muchísimo para no tener que salir del hotel. Queda a 10 minutos en carro al parque del café en carro, te ayudan a conseguir taxi porque valor de 15.000 por trayecto al parque del café. Recomiendo llevar repelente para los sancudos.

Très beau séjour dans la région du Café, accueil chaleureux et la chambre était parfaite. Le matin, les enfants dans les autres chambres nous ont réveillé une fois mais rien de très grave.

Excelente servicio! El Hotel es espectacular, la comida muy rica y muy recomendada para venir en familia! Vinimos en temporada baja y nos quedo practicamente el hotel solo para nosotros. Super recomendado! Por alla volveremos.

Volveré aquí a hospedarme todas las veces que regrese al eje cafetero, este hotel es muy familiar, don Andrés y la señora Fanny son personas que merecen un 20 de 10. Muy serviciales amábles, siempre están pendientes de que uno esté bien, pienso que tienen un valor agregado muy importante para el hotel; que sin dejarlo atrás es espectacular. El servicio de comida es genial , el desayuno es muy variado, y no solo eso si tienes algún antojo o quieres que ellos preparen algo siempre están dispuestos a hacerlo, en verdad este lugar es increíble, todo el personal es muy formal. Gracias por dar un valor agregado al servicio.

Súper cerca al parque del café a solo 10 minutos, un lugar súper recomendado para descanso, muy buena atención.

Es un lugar muy calmado y tranquilo, la gente te atiende muy bien y casa día te arreglan y cambian los tendidos de tu habitación, la comida es muy rica y queda muy cerca del parque del café y otros sitios turísticos, en general todo muy bueno

Cerca a todos los sitios interesantes. El personal que atiende es excelente están pendientes siempre. Nuestra estadía fue muy agradable. Y la comida, sin igual...

Un lugar maravilloso, una arquitectura típica cafetera, la atención de don Andrés y todo el personal es espectacular. Totalmente recomendado para descansar en familia y desconectarse de la rutina.
