Hotel Campestre las Camelias

Nice stuff, kid friendly. My son loved the water park, the big pools and the train.
I went with my parents and my husband and they loved it as well.

There was a strong musty smell in some of the rooms. I’m not quite sure what it was. I had to ask for a new room. There were no problems with that, very accommodating.

Great hotel for families. They have different activities for kids, adults, and families. The service overall is good, nice workers in different areas providing good service. The food is really good.

First time here and hope it will not be the last. Beautiful location, great food, great service, great facilities and the surrounding pueblitos like Salento, Filandia, Valle de Cocora, Parque del Cafe, y otros, beautiful and worth the visit, except that on holidays they're too crowded, I mean too many people, and one can hardly walk and enjoy the towns. We were in these pueblitos on the 28th, we enjoyed at max, then went on the 2nd, it was chaotic. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the visits are part of the trip. Enjoy your visit....

We have been traveling for Colombia for the past two months staying in different hotels throughout the country. Hotel Campestre las Camelias definitely exceeded our expectations from the location, rooms, food quality, food presentation and the amazing customer service they give to all visitors from inside and outside the country. Must experience especially if you’re traveling with kids. Will recommend and revisit!

Absolutely one of the best resorts in this area.

From entrance to the whole area was amazing . Multiple pools and jacuzzi no waiting or standing in line for anything . Delicious food and great service . Ask anyone and there willing to help you. The only thing I wish there was is posted times for all the events on there location cause i constantly forget when things are open or closed so i had to keep asking but that is very minor. The location just opened about eight month ago and there are things that there still working on but overall amazing place . Totally suggest the go karts. So fast makes you wish it was longer. Highly suggest this place as a get away place and you have other places to visit out side the resort.

The rooms are above average, the service is exceptional, and the food is outstanding! It offers all the amenities you would want from an upscale hotel, gated community, 24/7 security, luggage delivery, and wonderful room service, hotel events, leisure activities on site, health spa treatments such as massages and jacuzzi relaxation areas, vast play area for your children, and all within the watchful eyes of the staff and hotel security.

Comfortable room with a nice view and clean bathroom. The hotel is big with many activities, everything from ping-pong to tennis to even gokarts. The staff is very nice and helpful. Finally the nature around the place is amazing, with lots of beautiful birds.

Beautiful resort with great service and good food

Amazing place to relax with the kids. Many activities are available for the kids such as basket ball, tennis, ping pong, mini golf, volley ball, karts and more... Open buffet offers good food and the service is amazing. The only thing that needs to be made better is the desserts that are no so wow right now.

Wonderful hotel close to Parque del cafe.I think is the best in this region and it has high quality standars.Children have very good recreation options there are nice pools and the water park is amazing for them. Employes and staff do their best for guess wellness.

I had a vacation with my family and i didn't have a place to stayed close to the El parque del cafe . I coming late to the hotel campestre without reservations and i was really concert about the service I will expecting. I was the impression so welcome and smile to the front desk staff and taking care of me and my family. The place is beautiful, enjoy every day!...the staff was friendly and helpful....I like to stayed again!...also I lost my cell phone and the MOD on duty was very kind person and keeping eye and help me to find it ; after few hours make me back on shape. Thank you so much!

Everything went great on our stay. The hotel is very kid friendly. The rooms are clean and everything worked. The service is excellent. One of the better family hotels that I have been to.

A perfect place to spend a weekend with either a family or a big friend's group. The place hosts a lot of activities within its premises. Almost close to a theme park. Their food, restaurants, bars, pools, hotel rooms, tennis court, go kart track, etc are amazing.

This place is a diamond hidden between both coffee and banana plantations. This resort is top-notch and has nothing to envy to any resort in COL. It has a pet-care area, a clay court for tennis, and a freaking track to go karting. The care from the employees resemble the ones from Disney. Stay in this place. You won't regret it!

Very nice hotel with polite and helpful staff. Seems to cater best to families with kids visiting a nearby amusement park but I was there for a BMW event. Had a great time.

I went there with my family and we had so much fun. It has a train, go karts,pools and water park for kids. There is one pool with 2 Jacuzzis. Food is amazing and Staff is great.

Friendly qualified personal. Good food, clean rooms, nice pools and plenty of activities for a reasonable price. One of the best holiday regions in Colombia.

I was there four awesome days, it has everything to have a wonderful weekend, and is one step away from el parque del cafe and other touristic atractions. I must say that the restaurants are beautiful and the food is buffet. I like it all very much

Lots of space to walk around and lots to do. No vending machines but drinks in mini fridge are the same price in the restaurants. Not for beer fans.
