I came down with an ear infection while traveling through the region. I decided to go here just because it was around the corner from my hotel. The doctor was at lunch so they called him so that he knew he had a patient waiting. While he wasn't particularly friendly, he did a thorough job of examining me and gave me three prescriptions to take care of my problem. I should point out that I speak good Spanish. The doctor did not speak English.

La verdad es que estoy tratando de comunicarme desde hace dos días y no a Sido posible tienen un número el cual no contestan si no van a prestar el servicio no deberían tener un contacto muy mal servicio ya que la cita es para mí bebé 😠

Muy mala atención, dan citas a una hora y atiendes 2 horas después juegan con el tiempo de las personas

Pésima atención piden el número del documento del paciente para decirle su orden vence hasta enero o febrero del 2023 y no tenemos el especialista por ahora si es urgente llame a la EPS para que lo envíen a otra clínica. Lastimosamente no quieren remitirnos a la Clinica Crear Visión en donde si cuentan con los especialistas.
