After wanting to go for 2 years, I finally made it to this amazing restaurant and it was 100000% worth the detour to Mesitas. Chef Jennifer’s personal interpretation of what hyperlocal cuisine means, and her authentic approach to tradition and innovation all came through brilliantly on the menu. We had dinner and breakfast and everything we ate was wonderful, creative, beautiful and delicious. I truly appreciate the care the kitchen team and service staff put into making the dining experience top level in every way. We are so lucky Chef Jennifer has chosen to share her deep vision for Colombian food from Cundinamarca, what it means today and where it needs to go in the future. 💜👌🏽

This is the most beautiful little restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food was spectacular, high quality taste and presentation, everyone working here was so sweet, and the interior was so cozy and peaceful.

First visit to Mestizo, and definitely not the last one.
We were presented with a very interesting food selection.
Waitress was very good at explaining the dishes and recommending based on our taste and preference.
Delicious guarapo that brought back childhood memories.
An exquisite dessert with a explosion of flavors.
We also had the chance to meet the chef!

Amazing restaurant. Such a great vibe and very friendly, welcoming staff. The food we got was really tasty and full of flavour. The beef and hummus was beautiful. And my girlfriend loved the rice with chicken and fries. My friend let me try the trout too and it was also great. Definitely would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants authentic and traditional Colombian cuisine.

Highly recommend Mestizo for anyone who wants to discover a new side to Colombian food. The focus is on local and sustainable produce -many of which you’ve probably never even heard of!-. The flavours and textures are a twist on traditional recipes and preparations, and they are always exciting. The arepa with morcilla is a must, and the trout with the criollo potatoes are really balanced, deep and thoughtful. The service was great, very attentive and knowledgeable. You can see everyone truly cares about this beautiful project. Congratulations to Jennifer and her wonderful team!

What a great surprise! For some reason Google show me this place, the food pics got me. I ordered a vegetarian dish and it was magnificent, the texture and flavor were perfect, also the tamarindo michelada spicy 🔥 it's awesome. I left the place with a smile, and the service... was supreme.

Excelente en todo aspecto. La carta con platos de comida con productos locales,pedimos entradas 3 platos fuertes el postre delicioso.La atención especial todos los muchachos conocen los platos y sus orígenes y la chef trasmite amor por lo que hace y agregar una sonrisa.Vale la pena la rodadita

Recomendado! La atención, el lugar y sobre todo la comida deliciosa. Probamos muchos platos y todos tienen un justo balance entre los sabores típicos locales.

Es un lugar en una esquina de Mesitas del colegio. La panadería es increíble, tienen una mantequilla que acompaña un pan de entrada y desde el principio abre los sentidos.

Definitivamente no hace falta estar en una gran ciudad para comer rico y con CALIDAD. Un lugar que sabe a campo, rico, y con un estilo que mezcla la tradición colombiana y el estilo de la comida internacional. Súper recomendado. Lo que más me gustó, la entrada de cuajaa
