Anahata Retiros Spa

I would like to recommend Anahata Retreats to anyone who would like to recharge his or her batteries. This place is really magical and amazing! I had an awesome experience from the first day that I arrived there. I went to Colombia for a medical treatment and I was told about Anahata through friends, so I could relax and get ready for my medical treatment.
They really welcome you and they all get ready to offer you the best experience! First, I was picked up at the airport by my driver, German, a very charismatic and friendly person, as I arrived at the hotel, I was given a cabin facing a spectacular view of the beautiful mountains and nature of Colombia, with all the comfort and amenities of any 5 star hotel! The staff was very good and I want to mention the chef Carlos for his delicious healthy food and personal attention to all my meals. Otilia, who is Carlos' assistant with a great attitude and making every guest very special!.Anahata also has a beautiful spa with professionals ready to give you a great massage for relaxation or a beauty and rejuvenation treatment (next time when I come with my wife). I enjoyed the jacuzzi with its infinity pool overlooking the mountains. I have to say that I never was into meditation but this place was perfect for it and I really enjoyed it. Thanks a lot Maribel for your nice and wise words ! I also had another meditation with horses, which was also new to me too, and I could not believe how smart horses are ! They sensed that I was worried about my upcoming medical procedure and somehow they helped me relax and feel good !! Again thanks to Alejandra and Edison and all their knowledge about horses. Don't leave Anahata without visiting the horses and interacting with them! It was my favorite meditation and great therapy! Finally, my stay in Anahata could not have been possible without Melanie, the operations manager, whose personal attention to every detail was magnificent, since I made my reservation with her over the phone, until I left! She really made my experience exceed far and beyond my expectations!! Anahata Retreats won't disappoint you and it is worth every penny!!! Last, you do not need to leave the hotel at all and you will be in one of the safest and most beautiful areas of Colombia! Thanks again Anahata!!

Amazing place to stay , reset and relax. We came with 12 friends for yoga retreat. This is by far the best place , service, food and accommodation I have seen for yoga retreats. Staff are super friendly and accommodating, food are fresh and delicious, rooms are clean and airy and the view is to die for. We are already planning to return in few months! If you visit don’t forget to sign up for amazing massages and activities , specially the hot springs 🙏🏻❤🙏🏻

I can’t say enough about this experience. The setting is absolutely breathtaking. The accommodations are so comfortable from the private cabins to the farm to table outdoor dining room to the a beautiful spa an infinity pool to the stunning landscape complete with horses, chickens and green houses. I was there for a yoga retreat, where we practiced twice a day in their outdoor studio, but we also had several excursions where we got to see the local culture, enjoy shopping, river rides, hiking to waterfalls and hot springs. This is a family owned resort, and it feels very intimate but completely professional. No matter what your question was or challenge to overcome they found the answer. this is one of the few times I’ve gone on vacation and come home completely relaxed. I highly recommend this resow.

Anahata is a paradise on earth. Everything that is offered here from the accommodation to the food to the massages and the yoga and meditation classes is outstanding. The personnel is devoted to make your experience an unforgettable one. Highly recommended.

The retreat was AMAZING!! The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. What a unique and spectacular experience!! Not to mention the deluxe accommodations and delicious organic cuisine! We loved it all. 🥰🥰🥰

Beautiful Bali style huts in the mountains of the coffee growing region of Colombia. Ideal for a relaxing recharge. Since the focus is on quiet and meditation, I would not recommend bringing children.

Mountain views. and rainforest showers overlooking the mountains all built with local nsmboo and hard wood.

Maribel, the owner. offers meditation and Chakra sessions. Massages offered as well.

Great organic healthy food from the on-site vegetable garden.

The place is very relaxing , if you really want to find peace and revital your energy this is the perfect place! I love it 😍

I highly recommend this place, I went to develop the 7 laws of spiritual success focusing on business and the visit was a fantastic experience starting with the food, massages, meditations, etc. I will come back for sure!

estuve un retiro de Ashtanga en Anahata y amé todo. Los profes Jimmy y Jenny son excelentes en sus ajustes Y acompañamiento amoroso, la comida de la huerta es deliciosa y hecha con amor, los masajes y terapias son delicados, los cuartos amplios y supee limpios, y Anahata es simplemente un lugar mágico en medio de las montañas de Colombia . absolutamente recomendado para un retiro o para unos días de desconexion en medio de la naturaleza.
