It has got everything you need. If you are not experienced in exercises then you might have to wait a little when it comes to getting assistance from the trainers coz it gets a little way too packed with people, but if you're smart enough, you can get some hours in which the gym is not that crowded.

Es un excelente lugar para un buen acondicionamiento físico, instalaciones y máquinas en perfectas condiciones ambiente agradable y ameno, con muy buena atención y servicio, bastante amplio y con mucha variedad para realizar diversos entrenamientos. A mi parecer el mejor Gymnasio que hay en la ciudad de Valledupar. Muy recomendable.

Un buen gimnasio, buenas instalaciones, buena maquinaria, muy amable el personal con un protocolo de seguridad al llegar con toma de temperatura y control de aforo de asistencia.
También tienen muchas opciones de clases grupales para que puedas estar en diferentes modalidades de práctica de ejercicio y así sí lo deseas tener la capacidad de ser multidisciplinario en un estilo de vida más activo y saludable al largo plazo.
puedes parquear completamente gratis en el centro comercial para tomarte el tiempo necesario de practicar tu sesión de ejercicio; las personas que estaban en el lugar todas estaban usando tapabocas y muchos respetando en la distancia física!
