Service de qualité chambres agréables et d'un très grand confort prestations biens supérieures

Les compétences du personnel ne sont pas à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel, bien qu'ils soient très serviables.
Les chambres sont très belles et le matelas confortable.

The rooms were nice and the bed very comfortable. But the overall service was not satisfying. In the restaurant the menu was useless because they did not have most of the dishes or drinks that were on the menu. The visa terminal did not work (and have not worked for a long time) although there is a sign saying that you can pay with card + the personnel confirmed this upon arrival.
I would NOT recommend this hotel, it is simply too expensive for what you get.
