Casa de Isla Negra

I have been to Casa Isla Negra several times. It never fails to disappoint. Each time I see new details I may not have seen in previous visits. It really is an interesting place to visit. It is a little sad to see that the land is reclaiming Neruda's boat. I'm not sure if it may be preserved at some point.

Neruda’s house is a museum about the poet and his multiple collections. Nice place to spend an hour or so.

What a cool collection of beautiful objects to look at! You really get a sense of Neruda's daily life. Very uplifting and definitely worth a visit. The audio tour is very good too.

The experience of being in the house where Neruda spent the last years of his life is magical. We analyze many details and objects of the place with their narration devices, which are available in Spanish, English and Portuguese. I went there about 16:10 and could only enter the house one hour later, because of the long line.
Not only the interior of the house is amazing, but the view is also magnificent, the beach and the seagulls and the clear sky... It was totally worth the price.

Stunning house, well worth a visit if you are in Santiago

I love all 3 of the Neruda house museums. Each and every one of them shows his creativity and warm, caring human spirit. I feel I get a glimpse of his soul in his houses.

Amazing gem in the middle of smaller city surrounded by the ocean and nature. I visited his house in Santiago as well but this one was breathtaking. I hope I can return and explore way more!

Great place to visit to see the home of Pablo Neruda. It's where he and his wife Matilde Urrutia are buried. Lots of his collection is on display in the house. The beach also has a sandstone carving of his head.

Worth it just to see Neruda's fantastic figurehead collection; you don't even have to pay entry to the museum and just take in the wonderful scenery that was his backyard.

Beautiful town!

Beautiful home and costal views. Whether you’re a fan of Neruda or not it’s worth a visit. We really enjoyed it!

The house is beautiful (we only saw the outside) but the true attractions for us were the rocks below the house and the giant waves crashing against them while the sun painted the sky.

Fantastic! It's the best Neruda's house to visit, among the three of them. You can really feel like what it was to be at the poets life. Lots of personal objects that helps to tell the story of Pablo's life. A helpful audioguide fulfills the tour. There's a tiny gift shop at the end of the tour

Great place to visit!

Must go. Neruda's house is definitely an experience! Even if you're not into poetry or history, this is a place worth visiting.

Entrance fee was 8,000 for an adult. The tour is guided by audio device( Spa, Engl, and Port). The tour can take somewhere around an hour or more,depending on your pace. The house and collection of personal items are well kept. The view ,from almost any angle in the house, is spectacular.
