Pésima gestion,quien termino realizando todos los trámites ,tanto en notaría como en banco fui yo ,no cumplió con los plazos ,además nunca afrontó los reclamos que realize a la propiedad
Aún es más aún sigo reparando lo que se ocultó en su momento
Para nada recomiendo esta corredora

NO CONFÍE EN ESTA EMPRESA, NO CUMPLE Y ESTAFA. En febrero de este año firmé con ellos para que hicieran el corretaje de una propiedad que tengo en Talca. A las pocas semanas consiguieron arrendatario, todo bien hasta ahí. Luego, cobraron las comisiones a cada parte, en mi caso lo descontaron del mes de arriendo de marzo y encima cobraron el arriendo de abril. La excusa, una reparación del calefon. A la fecha aún no recibo el pago de abril ni tampoco tengo en mi poder el contrato firmado del arrendatario.
NEFASTO EL SERVICIO, NO CONFÍE. SIN VERGÜENZA.
