Terraza Verso

My friend and I had the most wonderful evening at Terrazza Verso.
Marcel was such a friendly, funny and down to earth host, guiding us through the menu, wines and of course Negronis.
The food is delicious and the view from the rooftop is spectacular at night.
Sad that we didn’t try the cool hot tubs which are also on the rooftop. Next time 😊

Delicious Cuisine, Space, and View
A modern and stylish high-rise at the top of a hill studded with interesting restaurants, bars, and art. At first I was hesitant about staying so high up and away from street level action, but once there, I hardly ever left the neighborhood because there was so much to do within steps and the views are gorgeous. The food had magnificent presentation and was absolutely delectable.

They put a lot of effort preparing the food and you can definitely taste that. Appetizers, main dishes and desserts were really really good

Just good food. Through and through. The lamb was exceptional, combining taste and texture with crispy outside. The ceviche and tartare was on point, we ordered a bottle of Primus with our meal and it did not disappoint. The view is spectacular with a beautiful sunset displaying over the mountains if you get there ahead of time. Service was strong and catered to western tempo and expectations.

We've spent here two days during our honeymoon. Everything was great, breathtaking view from the rooftop – we could watch whole Valparaiso and coastline. I had opportunity to drink here very delicious Pisco sour. Close distance to the Pablo Neruda House Museum.

We came to this restaurant for a wine tasting (you can find it on TripAdvisor and I really recommend it). The restaurant is located on the rooftop of a nice hotel and the view on the city and the bay is amazing. We had dinner and the food is delicious but also pricy. Perfect for special occasions. We were impressed by the staff which was so kind, professional and attentive.

Great views of the South Pacific Ocean from Cerro Florída. The food and wine were excellent, served by very competent, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Las habitaciones muy buenas.

De los mejores restaurantes de la V región. Una vista hermosa, los cócteles y platos exquisitos, desde el pan inicial, pasando por la entrada, el fondo y el postre, todo perfecto. No tenían un plato vegetariano de la carta y me hicieron uno especial, cuidando cada detalle de sabor y presentación. Buena atención.

Kreative Küche mit tollem Ausblick! Wir haben unseren letzten Abend unseres Chileaufenthaltes hier verbracht und es war absolut wunderbar. Ausgefallene Cocktails, super Service, ein rundum gelungener Abend. Das nächste Mal kommen wir bestimmt wieder!

Un restaurante en la terraza de un hotel, donde tienes una amplia vista panoramica al mar. Como esta emplazado entre cerros el sector es tranquilo y silencioso. La carta es acotada. Recomiendo el cordero y el costillar. Las amburguesas son premium con el pan bastante humectado, todas las carnes son blandas y sabrosas. Si te quedas a alojar en el hotel, puedes estar descansando en los hot tubs y estar tomando un trago o cenando al lado del restaurante. Buena atencion pero muy lento el cocinero.

Pedimos como entrada ostiones, nos encantó la espuma de papas y parmesano que los acompañaba.
Luego filete, este venía con buena temperatura y punto de cocción; algo que se agradece.
Nos recomendaron para compartir la degustación de sours, nos gustó mucho, en especial el sour patagónico. Por lo que pedimos uno para cada uno posteriormente.
El otro cóctel que probamos fue el Applejack, ideal para quienes les gusta beber bourbon o whisky.
Los postres fueron zanahoria y espuma de queso de cabra. Por lejos este último nuestro preferido, si o si deben probarlo 100% recomendable.

Muy buena comida de autor, probé unos vegetales grillados maravillosos, el postre espuma de queso de cabra resultó una buena sorpresa, atención muy correcta, vinos de calidad. Se recomienda.

Una deliciosa cena, seguida de una entretenida conversación intercultural y, el remate perfecto para la pareja, las tinajas de agua caliente mirando las estrellas y las luces en los cerros y el mar

El restaurante presenta una carta pequeña pero los platos son exquisitos y diferentes, con buena presentación.
Se ve la bahía de Valparaíso porque se encuentra en la azotea.

Excelente cocteleria tradicional y de autor.
Variedad en platos. Recomiendo la tabla carnivora.
