Tama Supermarket

While staying in Vancouver for a bit, this store was a really convenient supermarket which held a wide variety of asian snacks, produce and other grocery based items. Prices were surprisingly cheap and reasonable which benefits those who are travelling. The location does accept card and cash as well. Overall, great place, and it supplied my friend and I with enough snacks and water to last us for the rest of our trip.

I cannot rate Tama highly enough! Well stocked with all the essentials, and a great selection of fresh fruit and fun international snacks. Staff is friendly and everything is very reasonably priced. I always leave with way more than I came for!

Always chill in here and the prices are good.

I love this place, it is a hidden gem. I get veggies and fruit here, the prices are really good. Also, they have a huge selection of frozen fish and seafood. It's a great local budget store. The cashier is always friendly and helpful.

My sister and I sometimes buy different drinks and there is always a lot of variety. The market is stocked well and has a lot of different products. The people who run it are super friendly and are always willing to go out of their way to help out. Lovely group of people.

It's a small little market in the area. Has generally all the things someone would need to get on a regular grocery run. I'm rating it 5* specifically because they are quite kind people, and they also have alot of Asian products that you wouldn't find in western stores that are nearby. The prices are higher than a big name store, which obviously is the case for the most family owned markets anyways, but I'd happily pay the dollar or so extra for an item than having to drive further out to get the same item somewhere else.

I love this little store! The prices are fair and the cashier is friendly. Good selection of snacks and basic groceries many of which are imported brands . Best lunch option in the area if you're on a budget.

Good prices on veggies, great selection of asian goods, broad selections of drinks if you're thirsty, very friendly and helpful staff. Might not always find what you want, but you'll always come away happy

A wider selection than you might expect. Really reasonable prices too. Great staff always willing to show you what you are looking for. And let them know what you want stocked. They are pretty responsible that way.

Such a lovely family that owns this small market. They have a really great customer service, always friendly, and usually brings in a variety of foods, including gluten-free items.

Good deal on Veg. Sometimes service is slow when busy. Sometimes fruits and veg are not good so be cautious what you pick. No hand sanitizer at the door:(

Got some fresh/ prepackaged Green Papaya ( Halves ). Reasonable prices and quite big inside of the market.

I know the owner of this, they're very decent and respectable, and their store is neat and clean.

Has the Asian products that I need n is my neighbourhood. Found one particular item that I couldn't find anywhere else. Asian stores like these are slowly disappearing when developers take over to build overpriced condos that many people aren't able to afford
