Was very happy with my shopping experience. My order was incorrect at first and after I spoke to the employees about it,I was assured that they will correct the mistake.
Also an employee offered me some bonus coils that he paid for,to make up for the mistake. The employees went above and beyond to answer any of my questions and to make sure that I was a satisfied customer.
Will shop and order there again,and If you v@pe I recommend you go there too because they have something for every kind of v@per in all different kinds of prices .

They have vaping needs, CBD, plus they sell all of the other smoking pieces, gadgets and necessities and more. The store is clean and remodeled. Best shop and the best people! 🙂

Always helpful and knowledgeable. Brandon is my go-to guy, and always makes sure I'm taken care of. Recent laws have made it diffidifficult to be helpful in this industry, but informed staff makes a big difference in the decision on where to but!

Visiting from colorado went to a couple places that were alright but this place had everything we needed and then some! Tyler and Martin were helping us out. Customer service was above and beyond we will defiantly be back just for the friendly service and positive atmosphere!

Super friendly staff! They don't push you to buy high end vapes! They will costum make flavors that you like! Just bought it today, hit it a few times. I just tried a regular cigarette....nasty! And they explain how it works! Awesome place!

Went here for the first time last weekend and the service was excellent. Everything was explained well and I didn't feel like I was being sold anything just to make a quick buck like alot of other vape shops I've been to. Highly recomended, especially to anyone with little knowledge of the products that are sold.

I thought I broke my tank (it said check atomizer)After having a mini meltdown I ran to the closest vape store. Jay welcomed me into the store, after looking at the problem he fixed it in a matter of seconds. Not only is Jay customer friendly (and sexy) , he is extremely kind, understanding and refused payment for the simple fix my tank required (stopping my panic attack in its tracks). I have been getting Ejuice and some Vaping hardware from Wet Vapes to support my local Vape shop. They have very good prices, very good selection of Ejuice and hardware, they also have been offering 15-20% off all online sales with local pickup!
They have great online support and the man Anas who runs the online chat has gone out of his way to help me and make sure I can pickup my online orders the same day, within hours of placing an order. The store I visit the most in N.Tonawanda has very knowledgeable employees that know the Ejuices and devices they sell! I give a 5 star rating and recommend giving them a try. Online orders can be picked up hours after you place an order, if they have your items in stock, during store hours.
