This Shoppers is the best one as far as I am concerned. The staff are great. They are very helpful. Pretti, the very nice East Indian young lady is very pleasant and helpful. She always makes me smile as she is always smiling and laughing with all the customers. The rest of the staff are very friendly as well. Keep up the good work and thank you...for a job well done!

One of its kind store. Everything is segregated systematically in sections, easy to find things with no waste of time. I went to purchase lens solution, was delighted to get them in an offer and additional discount coupon. The cashiers are polite, helpful and seem very happy with their work. Good job team

I punched items twice when i did my grocery last wed only to find out just now. I thought it was a long shot of getting those goods that i paid and to my surprise i was accommodated. Really appreciate it.

My Dr faxed my sons prescription to the wrong Shoppers, she had the prescription faxed to them and filled it for us so quickly.

Last day I went there and I was struggling to find some certain product. A young man from the employee room came and help me with throughout my purchase . I don’t remember his name but he was young and had beard. It was so kind and generous of him to help me and was smiling all the time. I hope every employees do the same. Hopefully meet him again next time.

WE went to this store yesterday to receive our second Covid 19 shot. WHAT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. The staff were caring and helpful, they were very well organized, the store was exceptionally clean and well organized. Largest choice of food items including fresh vegetables we have seen in Shoppers.
They kindly agreed to take our names and call when they had received the product for our Covid shots and we received a call promptly and from a staff member who was most helpful and pleasant.

I would have never imagined leaving a post for SDM. But this store was clean, bright, well stocked and merchandised. The pharmacist was very polite and knowledgeable and took the time to show me an antihistamine to try and also made sure I didn't have any other medication or issues that would react poorly.

It was all just a pleasant experience.

Norma was exemplary! She greeted me upon entering the store. I walked over to the makeup section looking for something in particular and asked her opinion on two different colours for my brows, tired of eyeliner pencils and brow pencils, she went one step further and suggested a brush wand for doing my eyebrows which was almost half price and suggested that I could get a light colour and a slightly darker colour and mix the two together. Being that the price was less than what I was going to purchase originally, I bought two! even though it meant spending a dollar more than the original product I wanted to buy. The Experience left me very happy and memorable. Thank you Norma for taking the time to look after me and going above and beyond!

The absolute 1 and only pharmacy I go to or would ever need to recommend to anyone requiring a smart well trained pharmacist who looks after the needs of their patients and will go that little bit of TLC that so many other establishment's lack in today's age. The store is always clean with friendly staff and amazing sales . The hours are amazing and other places have a lot of catching up to the standards of SDM ;)

Pharmacy team is outstanding. Knowledgeable, friendly, fast. Not much more you could ask for from a place that provides your medication.

This is the best place where i can get any beauty product i want , the staff is very humble and when i go shopping there "Mariene" always ask for help i want during purchase and she help me a lot to find best products that i like.👍

Nice and spacious store with a large selection of drinks. We were very thirsty, having walked around town a lot, and this location has produce and lots of bottles beverages. Customer service is great too.

Great place if you're on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. It's comparable to a CVS or Walgreens in the US. You could walk there from the Sheraton but it's a solid 15 minutes.

It’s your standard shoppers. Service is good. Selection is what you’d expect. It’s clean and accessible. Location is easy to find right off the highway and there’s plenty of parking.
