I have to say this store is pretty nice!! The store is very large!! They had everything we needed, and even substituted an item for one of the hockey kits because the one size was out of stock. The staff there is very friendly and they even carried my purchases out to my car!!! Have been disappointed in sports experts lately so will be doing all my hockey shopping at Sports Rousseau from now on, even though it's a bit further for me!!!

I went to the Charlemagne location to look at goalie gear and was pleasantly surprised by the top notch service and extremely knowledgeable staff. From the greeting by the manager as I walked in, to the informed service throughout the whole process of comparison and fitting, the experience was very positive.

C'est toujours l'une des meilleures place pour s'équiper de A à Z pour le hockey. Mon fils était content d'avoir vue qui avait un t-shirt de XHEKAJ de disponible !! Je recommande cette place assurément.

Excellent service pour l'équipement de gardien de but. Il y a toujours quelqu'un de disponible pour nous conseiller sans mettre de pression. Le directeur du magasin (Gab) s'assure de la satisfaction des clients.

Le plus grand choix d'équipement de sports de tous genres. Ils ont la chance d'avoir le plus grand spécialiste d'équipement au Québec comme directeur!

Super, même devrais-je dire EXCELLENT service de Nathan Lavergne. Cet homme a un véritable don pour conseiller ses clients sur les produits disponibles en magasin. Je suis venu acheter un équipement de hockey sur glace le 26 décembre et jamais je n’aurais cru en mettant les pieds dans votre établissement recevoir un service aussi digne qu’un gérant d’équipement de la LNH. Encore une fois, un gros merci à Nathan pour son service hors du commun. Give this man a raise!

Excellent service et la demoiselle à la caisse était on ne peut plus acueillante. Après avoir cherché dans 3 sports expert et 2 canadian tire c'est ici que j'ai trouvé exactement ce que je cherchais. Un choix incroyable, j'y ai passé au moins 15 minites juste à me promener tellement y'a du stock. Pour les sportifs c'est un incontournable. Ça vaut le détour !
