Nature's Grove Design has an incredible selection of crystals and minerals, catering to every need and interest. I just can’t believe they have the ONLY amethyst archway in the ENTIRE WORLD!!!

Wow~~ they have lots of varieties of Crystal here and their price is very friendly. Most of them are Brazil Crystal and it’s all self-served here, so you can take all your time on shopping and browsing around, you only need to ring the bell at the cashier counter when you are ready to pay.

I've been a Nature’s Grove Design customer for a few months, and I highly recommend them! I love tuning into their Instagram lives where they showcase new products. Whether I'm shopping in-store or online, I find something to buy almost every week. The prices and variety are always on point. The staff is super friendly and quick to answer my questions through Instagram messages. I’ve been shopping with NGD for afew years via Instagram live shows. The staff are friendly and more than accommodating, making it feel like a small family.
I’ve run into financial issues with being off of work and was greeted with understanding and payment options when needed. I can’t say enough great things about the generosity of these people!
The stones are stunning and high quality. Shipping and payment are a breeze with no hidden fees or surprises. I will continue to be a long time customer ❤

I was recently introduced to NGD. I was in absolutely awe when I walked in. The atmosphere is lifting and peaceful leaving you feeling relaxed as you do your shopping. My favorite part of the store is the stunning amethyst accent wall. I love that they offer vendor space at affordable prices, and look forward to taking a part in this down the road. The selection is massive, and the staff are very knowledgable. They are friendly, and willing to assist however they can. They also do Instagram Live auctions which are always fun and have great sales! Thus far, I have been nothing but satisfied with my purchases and always look forward to a little road trip from Niagara Falls to visit NGD! Prices are great, and so are the staff!

The staff are great. Jordynn’s the poo so take a big whiff, she is very knowledgeable and is the absolute best at hosting lives. Aimee is amazing, she creates relationships and bonds with the customers, which means a lot to myself and I very much appreciate both those ladies.

Reading some of the reviews from these disgruntled individuals could not be any more false. I know my stones and NGD has amazing quality and the best prices I've seen. And yes, I've purchased from other shops one of which I received a fake.. something I could never say about NGD! I had one issue that I can remember with natures and was given a full credit refund for whatever the small mishap was that was so minor I can't even remember exactly what it was.

Absolutely love this shop. It is the best place to buy amazing quality crystals at a super great price! I have been a customer for a long time and have always had the best experiences, I have also recently worked for them during my break from school and I must say the owners take amazing care of their employees; from checking on us and our mental heath, caring about our lives and interests, teaching us new skills and crystal facts, and overall keeping a very happy workplace and crystal shop atmosphere! I came into the shop to check out some crystals. I’m very new to this but I read the reviews prior to going and saw good things overall. It’s very beautiful inside and the associates are very friendly and welcoming. They seemed excited that this was my first time here and took me around and explained a lot about the crystals for me. I left with some beautiful crystals and will definitely be coming back based on my experience alone.

Please don't buy into the reviews claiming that anything is fake. Every single item in the store is labeled, and there has never been a claim that dyed agate is "natural". When I was new to crystals, I did my research about what I wanted, and when I went to the store and was unsure of anything, I asked. The staff is absolutely wonderful, super knowledgeable, and I always bring people here when starting their crystal journey because you cannot beat the pricing here.

I’m new to this crystal shop & can honestly say they make buying crystals the best experience! Melissa, Carrie and Calli are all extremely knowledgeable on their products. Their live sales on Instagram are super fun to be apart of & they truly make you feel so welcome. Highly recommend from purchasing from these lovely ladies :)

Have bought from them multiple times. Have always been pleased with the quality and service. There was one time a tower had an unexpected wobble to it and I was able to return easily and staff were super helpful with the process. Joey, Annie, and their staff provide super respectful and kind assistance always.
I notice multiple negative reviews are from people who have their own crystal business, sad to see them try to discredit this business for what it looks like their personal gain. I encourage you to try for yourself and form your own opinion!

My boyfriend and I shopped at Nature's Grove Design for the first time today and we both fell in love! The selection is huge, products are beautiful, prices are great and the staff are all amazing! There are few businesses out there like this one, you can truly tell how much love and hard work are put into it. Needless to say I left with a huge bag full and will be back on a weekly basis!

I committed to the mixed flat collection and oh my gosh, I'm so happy I did! I bought them to make a unique centerpiece for my dining table (a little DIY project) and it turned out so beautiful because of these crystals. 100% worth the price, which is actually very reasonable for what you get.

The only place I will buy crystals from!! I have gotten quite a few packages from here and the quality of everything always blows me away. Their warehouse is always packed full of crystals and they’re always getting new stuff in. The staff are extremely nice and they get back to you super quickly!! Ever since I discovered the live sales of NGD on instagram I have been so impressed. I mean, to successfully grow a business during the pandemic is ,of itself, amazing, however to do so and remains friendly, family centric business is astounding.
