McCarthy Uniforms

Really big store, a good staff, a fairly large selection of uniforms.

I went to the Oakville store to get uniforms for my son and I was so impressed by the service. I used the booking system and was called in when I arrived. I don't usually give reviews but the sales associate that attended to us, Ian was exceptional. I was surprised to learn that it was his second day on the job. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He deserves a recommendation as one of the best sales associates I've ever met. At the checkout, we met Lourdes and her exceptional customer service was the best way to wrap up the amazing shopping experience. Thanks to the amazing team there, I was happy to part with my money and look forward to shopping for uniforms here in future.

Been here about 4-5 times and each time is as easy as can be.
Well trained and knowledgeable. Efficient, they hardly smile but welcoming and warm. You can tell they love their jobs and willing to help in anyway shape or form.

Charlotte was an absolute delight to have as our sales associate! She was knowledgeable in products, efficient with sizing and gave on point amazing service with smile and patience! She deserves a raise! As I was observing the store, all staff were friendly, great in number for available customer service and very personable! Store was very clean! Absolutely amazing service!

I came in the other day and just wanted to say how delightful the customer service was. Emma was so helpful and kind to me and my family.

Back to school time so lots of people there but they had a good system of scanning a qr code and they put u on a waiting list and u can see how long the wait is... worked very well.

Maya served my girls tonight and I honestly have never seen such wonderful customer service, she helped us find the perfect size not to mention the fact both of my girls were going to separate schools. She was so helpful and did everything to the best of her ability. She had such a quick pace and served us in roughly 30 minutes if not less. Thank you Maya, we appreciate your work and dedication with us today!

I just wanna say that I came into the store and immediately was directed to Daniel, who was a great help, he was so pleasant to deal with and did not make me feel rushed at all.
Daniel was very knowledgeable and Im thankful for his assistance.

My daughter and I were there on Aug 4th and were being helped by Isabella. She was lovely to deal with, helped us find exactly what we needed and suggested some other nice items. Checkout was fast and efficient! Thanks for making the experience so easy.

Went into McCarthy yesterday and I was pleased to be greeted and served by maya at the front door. The staff made my trip to McCarthys quick,easy and enjoyable. The store was very clean and maya helped me find my perfect size! They also provided summer bundles to help me save money during your shopping trip. I hope HCDSB sticks with McCarthys MUCH CLEANER AND BETTER QUALITY THAN ISW.

We were assigned to Seb and Daniel and they were so patient and kind. They kept the kids engaged and defined “service with a smile”. They represented your brand very well and seem to have very good report with management. I was happy to see that HCDSB choose McCarthy for uniforms. Awesome service today from their Oakville location. I ordered online this morning, order was ready this afternoon! Everyone at the store was friendly. I didn’t feel like I was inconveniencing anyone like I did with the last supplier. The store is spotless and organized, and I love the extras they sell like locker kits and backpacks.
