Sobeys Clark & Hilda

5* For a Kosher supermarket in Toronto. Especially since it's hard to find such places in Toronto. Good variety of deli on Thursdays and Fridays. You can find all types of food available, Medetaranian, Eastern European, Chinese, etc. Fine grocery for mainly Kosher food however everyone can enjoy Sobeys at Clark. This place carries food from all over the globe. If you are adventurous and like to 'travel' in Toronto for food, this is a must destination. Service is mostly good, especially considering it's a unionized place. I am thankful to have and to know Sobeys at Clark and Hilda.

Great birthday cakes, with lots of customizing options, including photo cakes. Huge prepared Kosher section. Always quite busy.

Large selection of kosher product and Israeli imported good, almost everything here is kosher (but they have things that are not)

Great hot table and ready cooked food. Lots of Kosher tasty food, and the cut flowers are exceptional .

Ok this is the best place to get food. There is my fav place to buy food for my family. The kosher section is bomb and the staff are helpful.

A kosher shoppers dream. There’s nothing you can’t find here. Also, the butcher is the best kosher meat in the city…..pricey of course but quality.

I live 1.5 hours away from this supermarket, but it was totally worth the commute. I spent a month studying in Jerusalem and this place made me tear up a bit seeing all the familiar snacks. There are so many imported Israeli products here (Bamba, Bissli, Pesek Zman, etc.) and prices are pretty much what you’d expect from a higher-end grocery store. This is the perfect place to shop (especially on Shabbat!) if you’re intimidated to go to other Kosher supermarkets in search of Israeli snacks.

Excellent Kosher selection (closed Saturdays).

This Sobeys specializes in Kosher offerings. They still have non-Kosher items such as pork products, seafood, etc.., kept on the opposite side of the store's Kosher section. One thing I always admire about this location is the work the staff put in to keep this Sobeys very clean & tidy. It's the best-kept Sobeys I've ever visited, in my opinion. Prices are a tad higher than what you'll find at cheaper grocery stores like NoFrills, so if you're on a tight budget, Sobeys isn't the most budget-friendly grocery store out there. If you can afford slightly higher prices on certain items, this Sobeys location is well worth the visit. Keep in mind, this location tends to get very busy during the Jewish Holidays & Christmas time.

Great service at the flower stand! Lady has helped me to make a custom bouquet with atmost accuracy and care. Cashiers are quick, accurate, lines are short. Found all I needed.

Bought flowers here. Great flower selection. However the florist, Grace, made the experience top notch! She took care to wrap the flowers making sure all the flowers were displayed beautifully on the bouquet. Thank you Grace!

Love to buy my candles from here and of course everything else when I’m there. The store is always stocked up, well marked prices and very organized. The line for cash may scare you but no worries, it moves pretty fast. Amazing staff take care you from when you enter and kindly help you at hand sanitization station to when you’re cashed out!

Best kosher grocery store around. Huge selection and their newly renovated store is nice. It was a little confusing at first but you get used to finding what you need. The lines for the deli counters are orderly and make it easier than previously. Meat selection seems to have grown as well. Always clean, well stocked and quick service.

Great store, if you are gluten free kosher food has tons of GF offerings.... I am not kosher so I only discovered this by accident. So check out this store and bring your own bags if you don't like paper bags. They offer paper and cloth bags only. The manager is very nice..... I discovered they carry Kosher Coca Cola and sprite which uses real sugar as opposed to the high fruitcose syrup a much better option

Lots of great Kosher food options and products, including an extensive pre-made food area. If you are looking for a more obscure product that is kosher this store is one of your best bets! (They also have a non-kosher food section as well if kosher isn’t your thing). I’ve been a few times during covid and I’ve felt they’ve been good with keeping all the safety measures. Also they have fun popcorn!
