We had our Covid boosters yesterday . Prompt, friendly , painless -thanks, Caroline ! Bought some well-priced things and the lady at the check-out was terrific. Quality store.

I think CVS expects to much of them, as now Pharmacist gives shots along with covid vaccines. What use to be done at your doctors now doctors tell you to use pharmacies to get flu etc.
Convenient for customers but Pharmacists have to stop filling scripts to administer shots, then go back to doing what they were doing.

Decent, but spotty. The strong encouragement to self-checkout as the cashier watches and bunches of calls about refills we never requested are bummers. Noticing no refills and asking if they should contact my doctor and decent selection of cards are plusses.

Decent, but spotty. Plusses are only real pharmacy in the area, they will call for refills, and decent card options. Minuses are pushing hard to auto-checkout as the cashier watches and annoying calls about auto-filling prescriptions that were never requested.

Only getting four stars because fewer people are working. Cashing out is automated and customer driven. CVS has great discounts with their store program. It is definitely worth doing. I miss seeing the CVS brand of diphenhydramine bottle of 300. Kind of eerie not seeing workers.

always a long line and they are confused on info. Have told them my name is spelled wrong never fixed it. Script on back order over a week. Pharmacist didn't do good counsel as she didn't understand the Dr.s script on how many i should take filled it and told me to call the Dr. why would she not call and address the issue!!! I do like the woman that work there. They are always friendly and never had issues in the past. I think its new staff and are young.
