Always great service! We went in on Thursday of Black Friday weekend and had a lot of phones to update plans for. Gary was so helpful. Our phones took hours to transfer all the info and he stayed late just for us to make sure everything transferred perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks!!

We recently had to replace 3 aging phones. Gary made this a nonevent. He answered all our questions skillfully and guided us thru the process. He even made sure all data was properly transfered from old to new. In this day and age people like Gary are are a rare find. What an asset for Bell.

I got a new phone through the Uxbridge Bell store the other day. I can't say enough about the service. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with a great phone and an amazing plan. I feel really bad because I lost the card of the gentleman who helped me but he was awesome.

I am a Truck Driver and depend on my Phone on a daily basis
For a short period I noticed that I couldn’t send Email’s anymore
During a delivery at the Bell Store I asked the nice Lady behind the counter if she could help.
Without hesitation she took over and got me up and running
She set up a new Password and send me a Test Email that I returned and just like that it was working just fine.
I am from Peterborough and have never bought anything in that Store.But the Customer Service I received was simply fantastic.

Customer service was amazing. My problem was fixed within 10 min. The lady was very good at explaining everything to me so that I can understand stand it. Definitely going to be buying my next phone from here! :)

When I arrived at the store, I had had issues with my current phone and was not expecting much. I outlined my problems to Josh, the Customer Rep., who listened to me, discussed my options and was able to provide me with a new phone that was both agreeable to me and was also more cost effective than the last one. Went in to upgrade my phone and this store did not disappoint as usual. Cindy, the store manager, was absolutely amazing! Could not have had a better experience. Completely painless and she definitely went the extra mile for me. Will continue to use this location for as long as it's there.

Went in there just the other day and was assisted by Cindy the Manager. She was super helpful and let me know about some pretty cool products they had like a speaker that would float on water. Definitely know that I will be back to see her when I need help!

Got the phone from the manager Gary, he is so professional and experience we need more person like him in the other Bell store.

Great service. Two women employees hard to over come a computer glitch and get me signed up with Bell. It's a 40 minute drive but so worth it for good customer service
