I had an excellent experience with this location. I highly recommend Mustafa Y. - go to this representative and you wont be disappointed. Knows what he is doing, he knows the products and is good at doing his job. I found him very helpful and patient. We did a plan change, employee benefit pricing, trade in and tablet with cellular. The process takes a while but it was great working with Mustafa. I highly recommend friends and family to give business to him!

Excellent customer service, went in for an upgrade and Imam saved me a lot of money I was in and out of the store and under 20 minutea.

Brandon helped me and he was so easy to work with! We have a share everything plan with 3 people and he was able to navigate what plan would be best for us. He was able to look through promotions being offered and calmly, clearly, and fairly work through it with us. There was a shop down the hall where we were able to get cases and screen protectors.

Bryan, the Manager of Rogers in the Promenade Mall was extremely helpful when we went to the store last evening, to have my phone SIM card updated. He was fast in delivering all we asked for and we were very happy with the customer service provided to us. Thank you Bryan!

I was extremely impressed with the knowledge and more than anything, the patience he had to explain everything to me, starting with the price and features of the new phone.

I recently upgraded to Rogers Ignite and everything was botched, the appointment, the installation, the online chat/customer support. The huge shining light in it all was Mickey and Paul at the Rogers store at Promenade. After everything I experienced leading up to my visit to the store (to return my old equipment) my expectation were low, however Mickey and Paul were FANTASTIC. They were kind, empathetic, patient and most of all very knowledgeable. I suggest Rogers (corporate) hire them to do customer service training for the rest of their staff. Thank you Mickey and Paul!

Friendly and helpful staff that went out of their way to accommodate me. I was minutes late on signing up for a special promo offer, but their staff was nice enough to extend this special promo price package to me when they didn't have to. I work as a realtor and got caught up with a client last minute on Cyber Monday, and by the time I was ready to sign up, rogers had ended all their Black Friday pricing just within the hour when I got there. However, they were nice enough to still go out of their way to get me the special pricing. This is my 3rd time coming back here over the years because of their excellent service and willingness to go out of their way to satisfy me!

Mickey is one if the best and most helpful customer service representatives I have come across in along time. I was surprised he is in training because he knows his way around Roger's services like he's been there for years. Many thanks mickey you are an asset to the Roger's company.

Great friendly service and clean organized store. Went in with some billing issues and the staff was able to resolve it quickly and even informed me of upgrades and deals available for me in my account. Much better than the service I received on the phone and from other Rogers stores. Didn’t have high expectations as I’ve had issues at other Rogers stores, but this location exceeded them but a lot. Would recommend coming here!

Waited a while but totally worth it. Needed help with my parent's phone upgrades and modem and it was so seamless. Not sure why there are negative reviews.. the service was super professional, efficient and the rep was sooooo helpful! Will recommend this business!

I found the sales rep, Willeke to be extremely pleasant and helpful. So often you enter a store and the staff do not have an approachable demeanour. I appreciate a pleasant attitude. Willeke addressed my problem and fixed it.

Recently visited to inquire about some plans and the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming, at least compared to the last time I was here (probably at least several years ago).

Considering going with them because of the great customer service. Would recommend to friends and family.

Amazing experience here! staff was extremely helpful, and even though it was very busy the representatives made me and my family feel very welcome! I saw there were some negative reviews however it seems like they are working very hard to provide superior customer service highly recommend this store to all friends and family
