Customer service was outstanding. Two of the sales women went above and beyond to assist me with returning a coat and finding one that was better suited for me, even though it was a long process. Cannot say enough great things about the assistance I received! I will definitely be returning in the future.

They have great products that are competitively priced and when there is a sale, the prices are better than Amazon.ca and SoftMoc.ca. The processing and shipping is very good. The owners are kind and generous. My second order was packed by the owner and her daughter. This store has been in the family for 6 generations.....literally a Canadian icon! I had the pleasure of shopping here this afternoon and had amazing customer service. I was looking for shoes that gave me both ankle support and had a comfortable sole as well as closed toe. After looking on my own and not able to find quite what I wanted a wonderful sales rep. named Linda L. came to assist me. I just want to thank her again for her patience , advice and time. She really focused on my needs and found me the perfect pair of shoes! I will be sure to come back to Brock's for my shoes in the future.
