Shoppers Drug Mart

Was there earlier today for my favorite parfume. And also was very happy to see there a new cosmetic manager Mitra. She was so nice, knowledgeable and very helpful with other cosmetic products as well.

Where else does the pharmacist know you by name? And the other staff... always helpful with a smile.

My daughter and I had our flu shots at this Shoppers this past Friday. Sure the wait was long and there could have been systems in place to make the line move faster. However, I was so impressed with the gentleman whose name I didn't take ( maybe the owner/manager) who kept his eyes on the line. He ensured he had enough vaccines for those waiting. He kept peoples spirits up chatting with us. He even handed out water bottles! The lady who gave the shots was awesome. We were near the end of a long line, and she was energetic, informative, kind and very competent.
As I said when I left free drinks, shots, and entertainment!

My partner, a friend, and I drove up to North York yesterday after finding a pharmacy where we could get our second dose of Covid vaccine without an appointment. Appointments were impossible for us to get in the days preceding as the pharmacies where we had gotten our first does didn't offer the second. So Saturday morning, we took a chance and drove an hour and a half after being told they were doing walk in vaccines. We waited in line for 2 hours which was fine 🙂. The Shoppers Drug Mart staff offered us bottles of water, chocolate bars and even bottles of hand sanitizers while we waited. Several employees and even the owner regularly went up and down the line to speak to us keeping us updated. It was very well run and we are grateful to Shoppers Drug Mart in North York!! Thank you for your hospitality!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this Shoppers Drug Mart location. The pharmacy staff, James, Magdalena, Ariel, Michelle, all of them are always available, and helpful. The merchandisers are wonderful Archia is great and always available and ready to help. Mara the manager is fantastic, always smiling and willing to help you solve any problem your may have. This Shoppers Drug Mart is one of the BEST in the city!

I go to this store very often, once or twice every week and i dont usually leave reviews but this store definitely deserves one. The store is small but its cozy and its got everything you need. The staff is very helpful and kind especially Armin, Mara, and Albin. I always ask for their help and they always empathetic and caring

My parents went for an anti-gen test for travel and Pharmacist Bonsol assisted them and explained the procedure that goes with it. All went well. Keep up the good work for your entire team…

Excellent services by front end cashier. Well stock store with good cleanliness. Parking is available easily around in plaza.

excellent customer service and very helpful staff ... just that they get busy sometimes ... i would request the owners to hire more staff during busy hours .... but overall and excellent experience
