Chelsea at TMobile was wonderful! Very patient and knowledgeable. Would totally recommend Chelsea for any assistance regarding new service or current service! Very helpful and made the process of transferring phones seamless!!

Raiyan was super knowledgeable and kind and honestly made us confident in coming in and doing purchases at T-Mobile! Whoever is the manager needs to give him a raise!!

Had to stop in to port my number from Verizon to T-Mobile and my service could not have been better! Wait time was almost nonexistent and the woman who helped me(cannot remember her name unfortunately, I do know she was the manager) was extremely helpful and patient the entire time! Definitely will stop back in if I ever need assistant in the future!

Staff always very helpful and knowledgeable. Needed to upgrade plan and Raiyan went above and beyond to answer our questions and get us what we needed.

T-mobile Tuesdays are the only Tuesdays that matter. I got a sweet deal on an upgrade of my phone and they even threw in some accessories at a discount and split over time on my bill. They also give out free giveaways. Anyone else looking forward to "T-Mobile Taco Tuesdays" or is it just me? 🤔😋

Thank you to the entire T-Mobile staff. I worked with the manager, Justin, to join the T-Mobile team. She was professional, polite and extremely helpful. The next day I returned to add a line and the young man I worked with was amazing. One both days all of my questions were answered and I happy to have joined T-Mobile. Thank you guys!

I had an extremely pleasant experience with Angel. He was personable and very good at his job. Fixed all concerns I had when I came in. Left the store totally satisfied. You need more like him

My phone would NOT update no matter how many new SIM cards I installed. It was fixed in 15 minutes!

Went into this location with my niece and Lorenzo helped us out, 10/10 experince with him he was kind, patient, helpful, and a gave us a laugh! Overall nice location, very clean and organized.

The T-Mobile on Delaware is the best store in the entire state!....and I've been to most of them! I live in NYC and I wait to come to Buffalo to go to this store to tend to my needs!...The employees at this location are excellent!...They are very knowledgeable and have great customer service skills!

Visited this location today and I must say this is exactly what makes T-Mobile a cut above the rest! Shout out to ERIK!!! He set me up with two phones and treated like family and as if I was the only one who mattered in the store!
