Dead ps5 had no problems at all with a warranty swap

I don’t know the employees name, but I really liked him. He had dark brown/blackish hair and was really nice and helped me find everything I asked for. Didn’t have a single problem with him and the best part was, he gets to know his customers and make them feel at home.

Always had what I needed. The staff is very knowledgeable I don't think you could stump these guys when it comes to gaming. I've purchased consoles and games new and used and never had an issue with them. My go to game stop definitely recommend.

Very friendly employee's. Has a lot of games and collectable items. Cool figures. Bought a really cool Fallout 4 figure for my son and he said he's been looking for one. I had no idea. Very cool place. Not just for games.

I took in a tone of old Xbox 360 gear, that I cleaned up fairly well, and wanted to traid in for store credit. Along with the 2 bags of returnable items, I also needed to renew my power up rewards subscription and return a warrantied headset for a new one. Not only did Vic personally take his time to help me organize and help get me the most for the pile of stuff I brought him to trade in. Vic knew what I needed, and made sure I left with the best new controller and headset possible. such nice gear I didnt even thing I could afford it.. but because of his diligent work getting the most for my trade-ins and applying that credit to the things i needed, and I ended up walking out with more money I arrived with .. Vic had a great attitude and really wanted to help .. and I greatly appreciated his help with such a huge task ... This location has gotta be your go to stop for great customer service, that goes far above and beyond any of your expectations !!

Four people in the whole store. Distance was definately enforced. Loved their distance squares. Very large. Reminded you to stay in your square. Very accomadating. . went to buy my grandson a Robolox card.

I hadn't been to a GameStop in a while, but really glad I went today. The store looks great- clean and modern, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

my phone calls to them I called that poor guy like four or five times in one day to ask questions because I was having so much trouble with my son's game system and he was so patient and friendly and understanding I really recommend GameStop for all your game needs

Owner and employee are all nice and they would help out if they are out of stock or needs to be ordered. Would recommend if you are looking for any Korean food/ingredient

Bought a game here recently that was sealed in plastic wrap, discovered once I got home nothing was in it even tho it was sealed ... They returned it for me no trouble and where super nice and explained it was a display case that got mixed up.

I visited today to get the 3ds game "Poochie and yoshi's wooly world". I was helped very quickly and courtiously. I left happily with my game. Couldn't ask for more.
