Terrible customer service! Bought a car wash and drove into the car wash tunnel. The first part of the wash cycle went well with soap and scrub. When it was time to rinse, the rinse feature didn't work. It just didn't switch on. This left my vehicle still soapy. I drove around to front and I realised that for some reason they closed the station even though it was supposed to be 24 hrs. It was just after midnight. I banged on the door until I got the attention of the attendant who came to the door. I pointed out the condition of my car. He took my number and and said his superior will call me. Said there was a technical issue that can't be addressed so I can't get refunded. No one called. I went back twice since then with my receipt and got the same run around.

Worst customer service experience in Canada. You guys should close or sell it to people who know work ethics.

If i could give it zero i will. Worst cashier ever. He was so rude. Never going there again.

Hire people with customers skills, or else you're putting individual's with no life skills at risk of getting their head kicked in for being rude.
