Clean store that carries a large selection of products. Associate was of great help. She also gave me the before/after date sale rate for my purchase.

Best store in town. Friendly staff. Really organized and have good protocols for covid.

Update: May 26 2024. Still my favourite store in town. Had a small issue and Monica at customer service was able to solve efficiently and effectively. Thank you for your help and knowledge.

Needed a part for my oven which is harder to find during lock down but ordered and picked up thru curb side pick up , which was fast and efficient. My order was ready in less than 20 minutes for pick up. Great work everyone.

Arlene was amazing help very kind and sweet amazing personality need more workers like here. We had to wait 15-30 min for the person who was working in hardware there specific area to finally help us and brushed us off to help someone else when we had already been waiting.

Accommodating staffs, clean store, many items to choose from.

Had a great experience here today with Arlene. She was a very sweet and funny lady. Wasn’t even her department and she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Kudos Arlene. Hope to see u more when I come in.

Kudos to Arelene at Port Perry, for saving the day and helping me to find the item I was looking for, and that the other co-workers said they couldn't find. I was literally on my way out until Arlene took upon herself to ask me if I found the item. As soon as she heard that
another employee said to me, "they couldn't find it", Arlene saved the day and found it for me, happiest dude in Port Perry for sure, thank you Arlene!

Went in yesterday to take advantage of a great deal on an electric fireplace that was a clearance item. Great price! But this review is to send a shout out to the clerk that assisted me in my purchase. Cassidy! Thank you. She assisted me by looking all over to find this one box. When we found it she carried it all the way to check out and then!! to my car. Great customer service experience !

I called Canadian Tire this morning for information on storing my winter tires. I spoke to Ryan on the phone who was very helpful in suggesting that I just bring them in and come and see him. When I got there, he was very polite and dealt with the issue expeditiously. So, kudos to Ryan!

Went to buy Scotts Weed and Feed. They apparently according to their stock list have 32 in stock. When asked an associate was told that they do have it in stock but are unable to locate where the stock was and I was not the first customer to ask. No attempt was made to find the stock.
Poor customer service in my opinion.

Shopping for some hardware and power tools 2 weeks back... young man named Lucas helped us and what a change in attitude from the majority of retail experiences recently! Great product knowledge... helped me find the right belt and disc sander along with exactly the accessories I was looking for... carried the machine to the check out... and carried it to my truck... old school good service which is rare now.

Everyone I have ever dealt with at this location has been friendly and very helpful. Love shopping here and the real time inventory. Online orders are also a breeze.

They were very helpfull getting parts to fix my trialer when i broke down near by.

I have been going to this service department for years to get work done on my car and have always been very happy with their fast service and honesty. Today I stopped in without an appointment because I was worried about my tire pressure being low in one of my tires and although they were booked, Gerry stepped in and had a mechanic look at it immediately and fix the tire (it had a nail in it) and I was on my way within 20 minutes!

Had my snow tires put on. It was done in under an hour and they brought some things to my attention that I should be aware of, without being pushy. The service staff were super friendly and helpful. And I got to shop while I waited!
