This is a late review since we were busy moving this month but didn’t want to forget to mention what a pleasure it was to work with Janet. Janet assisted us on selecting all our plumbing fixtures. I bought Toto washlet K300 from here for my parents. Saw the good reviews and decide to give a try. I am happy to declare the reviews are TRUE! Janet and Tony are super knowledgeable and attentive. Great experience buying a Toto Entrada. The website is well-maintained, and it was easy to get in touch with Janet, who is very personable and responsive to inquiries. Our only regret is not getting the Toto Eco Drake instead since they also have such good prices on mid-to-high tier products too.

I bought a TOTO washlet for my parents while they were out of the country but they didn’t get back to use it until over a year later. Power of the washlet just wouldn’t connect. I called Janet and she brought a new washlet for us!!!

Best price and customer service. We ordered 3 toilets and a washlet but unfortunately all three toilets didn't fit due to the water valve positions. Janet went out of her way by sending someone to take the measurement in our bathroom and recommended replacement models. Everything was handled professionally. Will definitely recommend!

Honestly, this was one of the quickest shopping experiences I've had in GTA. I am an efficiency-oriented person, and I was able to respond to each others as quickly as possible in my previous work. But since moving to Canada, I seem to have gotten used to experiencing the "Canadian style slow down and wait" and usually set aside some buffer time for service providers.

However, I didn't have to do that way when shopping at Showers and Stuff. Because under Janet's perfect coordination, the entire shopping process was completed in a clear, smooth and efficient manner. From the moment I decided ordering, to payment and delivery, I finally received the products within 24 hours.

Excellent customer service, reliable, best price and most of all knows where to find things especially during this COVID pandemic. We just finished a whole house renovation and decided to do the interior design ourselves. We absolutely had no idea where to find good quality plumbing fixtures for our washrooms and kitchen. Fortunately we met Janet at the Improve building in Vaughan. Janet has lots of design ideas and recommends some very high quality and nice plumbing sets. She was able to source everything for us in a timely manner and even delivered everything herself. We were very comfortable to have her take care of all the plumbing needs so that we could focus on other aspects of our home design. A couple years ago I bought 5 TOTO toilets from Janet and it was a wonderful experience. This past year my in-law wanted 2 toilets and I went back to buy them from Janet again.

However, during installations we found one of the toilets the rough-in was very tight and we could not fit the TOTO in. Upon communicating the problem to Janet, she gave me full refunds to take the toilet back without any hassle at all (I do want to note that we returned the toilet that was not opened as we encountered the problem in the first toilet installation).

I have also referred a couple friends over the year to Janet and they all had very positive experience. Not only she has the best price, she also has the best customer service. Her husband is very nice and helpful too. So I want to thank Janet again for the worry/hassle-free shopping experience, and looking forward to referring more friends to you!

Quick and clear communication! Janet was excellent to deal with.
