It's a small grocery shop for basic things required on a daily basis.

There were a few items expired. Most veggies items looked stale like they were going bad and flies we on the fish. Owner needs to make sure everything is sanitary/hygienic for customers. If health and safety comes in I feel bad for this place.

I’ve been living in the area for over 10 years and either have never noticed or have just always walked by this place. I’ll typically go to No Frills or the corner convenience store which is slightly further, but decided to check it out today and see what they had as it’s a bit closer. Walking into the store it seemed very grim and not very welcoming AT ALL! I don’t necessarily care too much however as I like to get what I need from a store usually and be out. Shortly after entering only about 30 seconds of browsing the front cashier with glasses called a young female from the back and told her to watch me/ask what do I want. The young lady started suspiciously pretending to reorganize cookies that were fairly close to me and after a few moments asked if I needed help in which I politely replied “no thank you I’m okay”. She then yelled out across the store to the lady letting her know in their language that I didn’t need any help and browsing and went right away back to the back. I already found it odd that she didn’t just ask if I needed help directly which would have been more pleasant, but rather she snuck around and pretended to organize an already organized shelf which she stopped and went to the back as soon as I mentioned I didn’t need help. At this point i go to another aisle in which I’m browsing and the woman behind the cash literally runs from behind the counter STRAIGHT to the aisle I was in and peeked her head sneakily and when I turned to the right and caught her, she quickly retreated and went back behind the counter. At this point I had not even been in the store for 3 minutes, so I approached her and asked her why she is displaying the behavior of an employee that is trying to catch someone stealing which was making me feel very uncomfortable. She apologized at this point, I put down the cookies and milk I was going to purchase and told her I do not feel comfortable and would never come to the store again. Terrible customer experience and absolutely terrible and even worse behavior from the front cashier girl with the glasses.

I went in they had lots of expired items. Poor hygiene in the store. I had asked one of the girls that was working for cheeseroll no one knew what it was and it’s a West Indian store.

Every product is either expired or does not have a date. The cashier woman has an attitude and won’t answer questions about the products.

I ordered
twice from this store. First time they missed an item and second time they sent me an expired product. It tasted awful and absolutely disgusting. Never gonna order again from this store.
