Amazing pharmacy. Currently going through chemotherapy and they have just been incredibly helpful and friendly. They were able to give shots of my medication, which was so nice to have a professional inject. Any question I have they respond with great information very quickly. They helped with the insurance coverage of my medications as well. Can't recommend them enough. I can't thank them enough for all their help and work.

I came by today looking for these as other Shoppers had no stock. This location had 2 boxes and they were 50% off!!! Janice helped me and was even happy for me for getting a great deal plus she offered and gave me some skincare samples. She was also very warm and friendly which I am extra appreciative of these days ♥

Port Coquitlam’s SDM is Qualitatively Distinct

Based on many comparisons, I'm driven to conclude that Port Coquitlam’s SDM is qualitatively distinct. This shoppers Drug Mart ranks above all others.
I suspect that its quality cascades from the top down as Marina, the store manager, is terrific. She has surrounded herself with first class staff.
I had a rather inconvenient heart attack in February and thankfully my sister, who lives far away in Tsawwassen, was willing to drive all the way here to take me shopping. Her recently re-licensed brother knows her altruism deserves requitement. A fancy-pants Biotherm skin cream - her favorite variety - seems to be harder than ever to find. Old Dr Joe found himself needing help from the cosmetics department. Let me single out Donna for her meritorious service; she was able to source out the sought-after Biotherm product, and now I can happily drive over, arriving at Andrea’s armed with this rare and brilliant tribute.

I would like to give a shout out to your great beauty consultants, particularly Tina and Rozanna, for their wonderful customer service and expertise. I live in Langley but will travel all the way to your location in PoCo as these two ladies have been most friendly, helpful and great in providing advise and suggestions. They go way and beyond to ensure I make a well informed decision on my shopping needs and make me feel very welcomed. I've always enjoyed the jovial interaction with them and look forward to going to your store. The cashiers have always been very welcoming and patient with my many queries as well. Good job!

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever had! I have moved out of the area and due to distance and had to change. The level of service is just not there at any other location or even different drugstore - it has been hard to compromise when you have experienced the level of service that reaches above & beyond from Robbie and his staff. Robbie really knows how to treat and care for his clients - we felt we were treated like family.
He provided the most compassionate care for our mother at a really difficult time.

I always go out of my way to come to this location specifically (30 min drive). because it is big, the stock is always so good, great post office, amazing beauty section, and overall just clean and nice environment.

The cosmetic department is the best of the best. Tina the manager, puts on the best Galas & has such great supportive staff. Kirsten is so down to earth and knowlegable and not to mention, a great salesperson. Pharmacy is great and the overall shopping experience and prices are excellent.

The make-up department, I apologize I didn't catch her name today, was very helpful. I felt appreciated shopping here today.

Their pharmacy is on it. They call to remind me when to refill my prescription. This is a quieter shoppers so it’s always pretty fast service! Beauty section is average, food section is pretty good in comparison to others shoppers locations

Late night rush for a prescription fill. My cat suffers from asthma and the pharmacist took everything and got me out in 5 mins so I can med my cat. Silly as it sounds trust me, this was very much appreciated getting Crackers meds done quickly.

I had trouble finding the crayons, but a worker named Eli stopped stocking the shelf so that he could help me find them. Not only was he friendly and helpful, but also cool and attractive.

I talked to Elijah on the phone it was an extremely positive experience and I was incredibly happy with his services. if you need help talk to Elijah great guy.
