The service at Solaso Foods is outstanding by any standard. This is the only place I go to shop for african food.This place has everything you need, and they try to get anything you ask for if they don't already have it. They also have a fast delivery at an affordable price. I got my order delivered to my house in Mississauga the same day I placed my order. I have been patronizing Solaso for the past 3 years, and they have never disappointed me.

Not excited about a long drive west I decided to try my luck again calling the shops that came up with my google search "African store Lawrence Avenue East". Solaso Foods was the only one that answered the phone. They have all the staples you require with a surprising variety of fresh fish. For the ladies they also have hair pieces etc for braiding your hair and so on at home :) I think the best part was the welcoming attitude not the "I am doing you a favor" attitude I am used to experiencing with the shops I have visited so far around this east end. Keep it up.
