The pharmacists here are great! Nataly is always professional, helpful and kind! Today I was able to get my prescription refilled, other times they reached out to my doctor to get it refilled. Excellent service and they care about my health. All of the staff are helpful and polite. It’s nice to have great customer service from all the staff. I moved all my prescriptions to this store and will not go anywhere else.

My family have moved to Airdrie and purchased a home here. I have been going to Shoppere Drug Mart at Coopers in Airdrie since we moved here. (Approximately 3/4 years). They were recommended to me by a friend who informed me of their excellent service and high knowledge of the medications they had received . Based on my own experiences, I totally agree with my friend. The pharmacists there are so kind, helpful, highly intelligent of any questions I may have. My experiences so far has been with Nataly, Arsen, and Jafar and they are totally awesome. They have taken time to answer any questions/concerns I might have. Overall all the staff at Coopers Shoppers Drugstore in Coopers are fantastic.

I always shop at Shoppers Coopers because the staff are friendly and they always help me with my PC points! I get deals i never knew i needed, now im a fan of PC optimum and look forward to redemption events. The pharmacy staffs are very accommodating and knowledgeable. And i just found out they now have a new post office! Lucky me its near to my house.

We booked an appointment for our upcoming tip and Arsen was a great doctor! He was able to get us all the information needed, and get the various shots / prescriptions needed for our up coming trip.

He was great to work with, very friendly and polite, and super knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend booking an appointment with him if you need to get your travel vaccinations done. Thanks again Arsen, very much appreciated!

I must say that I have had mostly positive experience with this shoppers. Everyone has been kind and extremely helpful. My doctor was unavailable and I was so thankful that the pharmacist o duty was able to help. I tell you the staff at this Shoppers really know their stuff. Not just the pharmacy but all departments front cashiers to health and beauty. Knowledgeable, discretion and kindness is what you'll find here. It makes a person feel very comfortable. So thankful to have this pharmacy and it's wonderful staff. They have always been so helpful on many occasions when I couldn't get in to see a doc. Canada day they were able to do a strep throat test on my daughter and give her antibiotics, saving us from sitting hours at urgent care as getting into see our doc was impossible. They were helpful and friendly as always. Thanks so much for all you do.

As someone who seems to end up here every week, I can say the pharmacy staff is amazing! They catch it when things aren’t right, they explain everything very well, and they really seem to care about the health of the people they have in their care. On top of that, the guys who do the vaccines there really know what they are doing and are very good at it.

The one thing I really appreciate is that even though they know who I am and what I am there for, they still do the security questions when it’s appropriate. I know some would have gotten complacent, but everyone here is really on top of that. Even when they are really busy, they do every part of the job every time.

My regular pharmacy. Arsen and his lovely wife are wonderful folks. This store runs a good ship and I have always been pleased with their superior service. I still miss pharmacist Harsh though, he was awesome as well.

I have been a customer of Shoppers Drug Mart for many years so when this Coopers location opened so close to home I was quick to transfer my prescriptions over. The pharmacy team here have always helped my entire family with all our needs be it prescriptions, vaccines or just some simple (or difficult) questions. The pharmacy owner, Arsen, and his wife Natalie have gone over and above on many occasions to ensure we had the best experience in the store. We can confidently ask health related questions and know we are getting the best knowledge based answers from Arsen. Would not hesitate to recommend Shoppers Coopers for all your health needs, even if it’s only for ice cream to put a smile on someone’s face :) Thank you Arsen, Natalie and the rest of the team for all you do!

By far the best managed Shoppers and/or universal drug store I have visited. I've had the pleasure of shopping at this location since it has been opened and the staff fully understands the meaning of a great customer service. The proprietors of this location have done a fantastic job hiring great staff, training them and more importantly retaining them. For anyone in the area I recommend visiting this location for your pharmaceutical/beauty needs.
An example of what makes this location stand out from the rest, it's appreciated how they made their phone lines accessible for people to call and inquiry about the Covid Vaccinations. This has obviously required more staff to monitor the phone lines, increasing their overhead costs...this has been sincerely appreciated!

We were at this SDM this evening to get our COVID booster shots. Simply extraordinary staff at the Pharmacy (Kalie and Nataly) and Dorota (at perfumes section). They were super professional and very helpful. I don't know the other staff members names but always received amazing service every time when we visit this store. I would give more stars if I could. This has got to be the best pharmacy in Airdrie. Mr Arsen Gincher, has provided my wife and I with remarkable service and advice for our medication needs. He is the real deal. He provides a genuine and sincere service that seems to have been lost to many of us in todays society. Even though we moved across town, we will continue to drive the extra distance to support this fine businessman and his team. Airdrie is lucky to have him. I recommend he be nominated for businessman of the year. Thank you.

I’ve been with coopers SDM for quite some time now . I’ve moved to Calgary for the past year and I still love to deal with them . Recently Jessica ( pharmacy ) went well above and well beyond her duty . She was so incredible In Detail and passing on info , and was an immense help , that I will most definitely continue in my pharmaceutical needs here . Most wonderful staff anywhere !!

I love this store and their staff! It's in the perfect location for our communities needs, and I don't feel it should be a parking lot at all. The staff are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The pharmacist is great, and has been helpful in a variety of instances. Overall, 5/5 would recommend!

I have been coming to this Shoppers for years and I have never had a bad experience. Every single employee at this location is amazing. The employees in the Beauty Boutique are so friendly, the employees at the main check out are always so willing to help and best of all is the pharmacy team. The most knowledgeable and helpful pharmacists I have ever come across.

Arsen Gincher is truly one of the most hardworking and genuine people, the service he provides for all his customers is remarkable. I have never been to a pharmacy that cares for people the way they do. If you have any questions or concerns about your health or medication they will go out of their way to find the answer. The entire store is always so welcoming and helpful, if you need any help they will be the first to offer it. Truly the best !!

This is the best and only drug store I deal with. I've been using SDM since I was a kid (now I'm almost 50). I've never found a store where the staff are so professional, so courteous and so caring towards their customers. The management really cares and it reflects in the cleanliness and organization of the store and in the interactions with the staff.
